Services
Speech-language therapy is the treatment for most children with speech and/or language disorders. A speech disorder refers to a problem with the actual production of sounds, whereas a language disorder refers to difficulty understanding or putting words together to communicate ideas.

When a person has trouble understanding others (receptive language), or sharing thoughts, ideas, and feelings completely (expressive language), then he or she may have a language disorder. What a word means (i.e.: "star" can refer to a bright object in the night sky or a celebrity). How to put words together (i.e.: "Jane walked to the new store" rather than "Jane walked store new").
Therapy360 offers Occupational Therapy at our Greenville and Columbia locations. Occupational Therapy focuses on motor skills, handwriting and fine motor, and sensory integration. Deficits in motor skills may be a result of developmental delay or traumatic injury. These injuries or delays may impair a child's ability to self-feed, sit-up, reach, hold a crayon/pencil to color or write, balance, or play with toys just to name a few.
Our therapists are qualified to provide feeding therapy for all ages (birth through adults), though our primary expertise is in the area of infant and child feeding. After a thorough review of the medical and feeding history you provide, a Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist will sit down with you and your child to observe a meal or snack and further assess oral motor skills, seating positions, and behavior during meal time.
Social groups provide the opportunity for children to interact with peers, while learning appropriate pragmatic language skills. The group activities vary greatly, depending on the age of the children within the group. For example, a preschool group may be more play-based, where children learn appropriate play, turn-taking, and conversational exchange.

Amazing. After relocating to SC I took my child to a different OT before finding this and it is a world of difference between the 2 places. True and honest knowledge and passion from all these therapists!

Jessica the office manager was speaking with her staff member. One of the patients (a child) started speaking to her trying to sing little Einsteins all of a sudden her phone slowly creeps up from the bottom and snapped a picture of the little boy. I asked her name and if it is normal to snap pictures of kids in their office. Of course she denied it and walked away while the parent was asking me what I saw. This is unacceptable on all levels. No papers are signed asking for permission to take a pic of a child. Masked racisim at its best.
