The Gate offers controlled access to our one, two or three-bedroom homes with two elevators in each building. Welcome your family and friends into your designer kitchen to host a dinner party or relax and sip wine on your private balcony. Entertain yourself at our resort-inspired pool, put your feet up while reading your favorite novel under the cabanas and hit up the 24-Hour Fitness Center to round out your day.

Services
We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

I have been living here for the past 5 months and it has been the worst decision I have ever made. Management is not efficient in solving tenants issues. Since the first day I moved here, there has been a pest issue and has never been solve. I have to make a maintenance ticket almost every week. I have also made maintenance tickets for appliances repairs and they take more than three weeks to schedule them if they even do it. Trash is always surrounding all the areas, and maintenance doesn’t take care of it. Most residents won’t pick up after their pets. The smell in the hallways is awful.

We choose The Gate because of the location, the amenities, how close it is to shopping and restaurants. We have also been pleased with the office staff (kind and professional) and maintenance (very prompt). Accidentally signed in under a family member’s name, this is Jan Eide.
Luis and Miguel (maintenance) responded quickly and resolved the issue quickly as well. Also they were careful with my property and left the area as clean as they found it.

I had a problem with my light in the kitchen and I figured home maybe in a couple of weeks they would come because it was really to me no problem with one light less but here they were Miguel and Luis In a flash they had the lightbulb out as it had been stuck in there and put a new one in they were friendly professional and on a note every time you see them around they always say hello thank you so much

Our maintenance staff is AMAZING. All issues are solved in a timely manner, and if they have any delays they are sure to let you know. Miguel and Louis are extremely fast with repairs and dont mind fixing any additional issues you have. Thank you all so much!

I have been living here about 7 months and I absolutely love it here. Jeremy and his maintenance team have done a great job whenever I have needed them! Office staff is also great! Lovely community!

I am updating my review to say what’s already been said. It’s very unfortunate to see such a great complex in the hands of such awful management. Have been trying since before I posted my original review to get in contact with someone at the corporate office. Nobody will return my calls. Nobody cares. Counting the days until we get to leave and never have to have anything to do with this property or their managers ever again. Very unfortunate for the kind people who are simply staff members helping take care of what used to be such a great apartment complex.

For one, the management company changes far too often. Secondly, the hallways stink because they want us to leave our smelly trash in the hallways and took away the chute. If the fire alarm is going off, it's more then likely going to happen for a couple days. And when your lease is up they will do all they can to moneygrab by making up cleaning fees that make no sense. And if you do have a concern and contact the office, you may be hung up on so it's a waste of time. The amount they charge for what you get is ridiculous. I just wouldn't.

Absolutely pathetic. The management could not be worse at this point. The place isn’t as it was before. Attitudes left and right. Not the best people being allowed in. If you have concerns or anything that needs to be fixed, they frankly could not care less. If the management changes, there is still hope for the place but not with the mediocre management and office staff we currently have.

This is by far the worst apartment complex. The customer service from the office and management is unreal. Stuff is always going wrong and takes them forever to repair such as toilets and other appliances. The pool is constantly closed but yet still being charged for it. The garbage is always overflowing by all of our front doors. The complex doesn’t pick it up in a timely manner. You can literally smell trash in the hallways and the foul smell is horrible. The BBB is be contacted with pictures of how horrible the experience is with this complex. I won’t be renewing my lease nor will I EVER

My oldest child and a friend of theirs chose this place for their first apartment. They checked out the complex in advance and like the way it looked along with the amenities. A big plus is it is a gated community. We all helped them get moved in and I have had to help them with checking the place out for some issues they found once they were moved in. The office has required masks for both employees and customers and they have signage up for limiting one person or family per elevator. My boyfriend and I have been living here for 2 months now and it has been amazing! I was skeptical about the no noise complaints in the reviews but its so accurate. We cannot hear any of our neighbors or anything in the hall and its absolutely wonderful!! Very spacious and luxurious! Everything is super close by too! Happy to call The Gate our home! ❤

This complex USED to be excellent. It used to be safe, friendly and welcoming. In the last year, since Bell Partners took over, it has become a shell of itself and I would recommend not paying the already overpriced ticket to live here. Especially as long as the management remains the same.
The "Property Manager" Dale is not forthcoming and takes company bylines instead of being straight with renters in regards to the COVID situation. It's one thing to be doing your job, it's another to take advantage of renters who are looking to do their responsibility and pay.
