We have been calling this "Home" for a couple months. We relocated here from CT. We worked with Sydney & she helped us through all the out of state transition. The apartment is spacious, clean, well kept & quiet. Our view is a golf course, so beautiful. They offer regular get togethers for all that are interested.
Sydney & Ana have been so helpful with all my questions about the complex and also Lakeland & surrounding area. They make us feel like we have friends here!

First off I felt from my first visit that I was going to be discriminated against, and that’s exactly what happed. I was told so much misinformation while trying to apply here it wasn’t even funny. I must say that the apartments do look very nice. But why would anyone want to live in a place where it’s a whole bunch of confusion before you even get approved. You guys need to work on staying true to what you tell your potential customers. Honestly I feel like the whole process didn’t go through because I’m African American and that’s sad.

This has been by far the best apartment complex we have ever stayed at. The apartments feel more like a home than an apt and are so beautiful/spacious. The entire property is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Lacey and her team are amazing and go above and beyond in customer service and in all they do. Audubon is truly the best and is run by the best!

Looking a great place to live? This is the place.. we lived there for about 2 years. All the staff including manager Lacey were very respectful, attentive, responsible and very friendly with us during the whole time. The apartment has very good features and quality on kitchen cabinets. Maintenance staff is always taking care of every little detail and all of them were always very polite.

This was my first place of residence when I moved to the USA. I spent 7 carefree, wonder years here before buying a home . Seven years later I sold my home and opted to return to Audubon Oaks . No regrets whatsoever The management and maintenance teams are amazing!! I recently had a power failure which affected only my apartment . I was leaving to… go away for thanksgiving . So with no power, I moved all my refrigerated produce into a cooler for safety. You can tell that they truly care for their residents here. Also the cleanliness of Audubon oaks is amazing! I’ve never seen the upkeep of an apartment complex so beautiful and clean! The office staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are always kept nice and neat, and the maintenance staff is efficient and knowledgeable. For example, I recently had an AC issue and it was fixed first thing in the morning after I submitted the work order online late on a Sunday. The guy that came out was mindful of social distancing and health precautions and got everything back up and running quickly before the Florida heat rolled in for the afternoon.

We relocated from out of state, and from the first phone call, everyone was kind and professional. Moving can be very stressful, but Lacey and her team made it so much easier for us. Beautiful, spacious, well maintained apartments! We've lived here for almost a year and I love this place! Quiet, pretty community with awesome staff. We love how big our apartment is, and how friendly all the neighbors have been. We've also never had a maintenance request go unanswered (and most are resolved same-day) which is the first time I've been able to say that. Super happy with this choice of Apartment Community.
