Applications are $50.00. The application fee is non-refundable. Anyone 18 years old or older that will be sharing the apartment will be required to apply. We will need a valid state issued i.d. as well as three most recent check stubs or bank stubs to show proof of income from each applicant. Yes, co-signers/ guarantors are allowed.

We lived here for almost 6 years and if I could have stayed there forever I would. Q & Keith are the absolute best. They really set the bar high. Everything always ran so smoothly. The apartments are great for the cost. The grounds are well kept. Things are fixed within a day, if not immediately. I always felt safe there and my kid could play with her friends outside without having to worry. It's a very pet and family friendly community. My dog still perks up when he sees a golf cart because he thinks it's Keith coming to pet him.

I rented my apartment online and Que was awesome! She helped me with the entire process. I love the fact that it's only 2 people that work here. It's a small quite community and maintenance fixs repairs within a day! I also like that everything I need is within a 10 min. Walk.

Simply put the only reason I would move is because I’ve purchased a house
I live the neighborhood (safe and quiet)
location :right next to the mall,Walmart and Publix and a lot of options for take out when I don’t want to cook
5mins for the i4 ramp
It’s like living in the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow 🌈
I’m just amazing for everything is just so close by :mind you I’m use to having to drive at least 20 mins to get to anything that I needed

Home away from home
I moved here in December 2016 and I’m sad to say my stay in lakeland has come to an end and now it’s time to return home to Texas
Que( Office Manager ) and Keith(Maintance) were wonderful. I never had any major issue and they minor issues I had like replacing air filters where quickly resolved I love the coziness of the complex and especially being a single woman with a small child the safety of the neighborhood
I will miss you guys

Absolutely loved it. My girlfriend and I moved in as a young couple trying to get on our feet. After a few months of living in bliss life fell through, money got tight and bills kept rolling in. The managers were very willing to work with us on rent and many times set up arrangements due to our scenario. Any complaints that we had were addressed with respect and consideration.
