Shawn was very professional and great on customer service. My husband and I purchased a home in GA while currently living in California. It was pretty scary to make such a large purchase doing a virtual viewing but we did. Shawn went and did the inspection, was very detailed and we felt so much better after his inspection. Thank you so much, I highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future if we get a 2nd house.

Shawn was extremely efficient. He checked every possible corner of the home I was purchasing including checking that the counters were properly secured to the cabinets in the kitchen, that all cabinet doors worked, each major appliance was functional, and was able to find a big patch of mold behind the bathroom sink, we we were able to submit to the sellers for repair. I'm so glad I hired his company and would definitely recommend Best Price Home Inspections!

Shawn did an amazing job inspecting my new home. As a first time home buyer I wanted to make sure everything was checked out before the big closing date, and with the help of Best Price Home Inspection everything was checked. As a first time homebuyer, It was imperative that I be present for the home inspection so that I can learn as much about my property and this process. I explained to Shawn that I’d like for him to point out to me what he found as he did the inspection so that I could see where and what exactly he is reporting. His style of inspection is focused (he doesn’t want to miss anything) He prefers to report findings as they come rather than stopping to point out to client what he finds.
