If you haven't given The Mix a try, you should! I started taking classes this past September and it's the kind of local fitness studio I've been looking for and needing in my life it keep myself moving and getting stronger. This is a no-judgement zone with excellent teachers who know how to lead you and help you make adjustments and modify things based on your needs. I especially have appreciated the flexibility of offerings both in-person and outside (weather permitting) and virtual classes I can take in my home and still feel like I'm getting something from.

Found The Mix Fitness studio a couple weeks ago and love everything about it! Location is great - I can walk to the studio. For those driving, there is a parking lot nearby and ample street parking. I love the variety in classes offered. The owner (and other instructors) are all about doing what is right for your body today and not worrying about what others are doing. Exercises are easily tailored to everyone's ability and strength. I actually have fun doing things (push-ups) I used to hate! Ok fun might be a little bit of a stretch, but you get what I mean! :)

The Mix Fitness Studios is AMAZING! I am a retired professional modern dancer. Being in my 60s now, I need to keep up my strength and balance. I can only take class online because I live out of state and it is like I am in the room with Sarah. She provides helpful movement or positional corrections when needed. She is also praises me which feels great! Although I am in my home I love my class, we laugh and work hard together. My sister and brother also take class and get personal training at The Mix Fitness Studio, it has become a great way to get and stay healthy.

The Mix is fantastic, welcoming and friendly, and the new space in Ypsi is beautiful! Sarah and all the trainers are incredible, engaging, supportive and complete professionals. Personal Training is just that - personal and curated for your needs and interests, and the class options are plentiful and fun! Couldn't recommend this place more!

I love, love, LOVE The Mix studio. They have a variety of classes-so whether I feel like doing yoga, cardio, or strength training there is always a class that fits my needs. Sarah just has a knack for this stuff. Her classes are so much fun you don't even feel like you're working out. They also feel very inclusive and nonjudgemental at all. You can tell that the goal is to help people live stronger and healthier lives by doing what feels good for them. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Scheduled a semi-private class for a group of us as a gift to my sister-in-law. Every part of the experience was amazing. Prompt reply to email. Identified a class that made sense for the group's ability, fitness level and interests. Awesome instructor. Great music. All of us had a great time. I'd highly recommend this studio for a regular thing or a special event.

I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to join your exercise classes remotely during this COVID-19 crisis. I saw an article a couple of weeks ago that described different ways to stay active and there was a link to The Mix Studios website to sign up for two free courses. I signed up for both. I also decided to purchase a package to attend other courses as well. So far I've participated in three different types of classes remotely and plan to continue to do so. While there are so many YouTube videos and other options for exercising, I really need the commitment and accountability of a scheduled

Sarah is a great coach and motivator. I love the new Mix Studios. Sarah keeps workouts fun and interesting. You'll never have the same workout twice. Sarah is kind, and works within a client's abilities, yet pushes you to do your best! Sarah tailors workouts to fit, and is always ready with an alternate exercise if something doesn't work.

I love the classes at The Mix Studios. I've been coming to classes for about a year and a half. I love Sarah Kreiner's "Mix Total Body" classes; they are always interesting, challenging, and never the same. Sarah is great at modifying exercises for the various fitness levels of everyone in the class, and everyone is welcomed.
I also love the new trampoline classes, especially the Fly Barre class on Wednesday morning; it is such a great combo of mini-trampoline work and barre exercises. It works muscles I haven't worked much since I took dance classes back in college

I signed up for Personal Training sessions at the Mix Studios, and Sarah was very understanding and yet practical about my goals, and paired me up with a great Personal Trainer, Mary. I had been working out but had not been seeing the results I wanted, so Mary put me on the right track and customized my training towards my most important goals. A regular frequency of sessions combined with managing my diet helped me see effective results within the first month, but more importantly, I learnt a lot from Sarah and Mary well beyond the training sessions. Sarah has been my personal trainer for a while, and she is a one-stop shop to anything fitness! She helped me achieve my fitness goals, including being able to do 12 regular push-ups from being able to do zero, running my first half marathon from being a couch potato to now working on doing pull-ups. Sarah customizes the workout based on my available time, energy, and equipments, and she is incredibly knowledgeable on how different foods affect my workout and results. Sarah also helped me get back in shape quickly after giving birth! I am in the best shape of my life approaching 40 years old
