As a personal trainer and business owner I get asked all the time about motivation, and I've done a lot of reading and looking for the keys to getting and staying motivated over the years. Obviously, (or maybe not so obviously, since everyone' trying to sell their One True Way ) there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
I turned to Lynda for help in hopes of gaining the knowledge and motivation I needed to exercise regularly. She quickly picked up on my existing fitness level and the areas where I wanted to improve, adapting our workout sessions accordingly and helping me develop personal goals. Every session has been a challenge, but she is always encouraging, pushing me further than I think I can go but not too far to handle.

The trainer will work with you on a complete plan including what is done outside of sessions to ensure you get the results you are looking for.

Working out with Rose was one of the best things I could have ever done for myself. She quickly assessed my fitness level and tailored our workouts to improve my overall condition and tone. Since I wasn't interested in losing weight, we worked on building muscle and firming and toning. Each session Rose came with an individualized plan of action. She has a plethora of exercises which made working out fun, it was never boring or monotonous. She gently pushed me when I needed to be pushed and recognized when things were getting too intense. Rose is a calm, intuitive, caring trainer who

BalancePoint Fitness is operated by Lynda, who offers both personal training and fitness classes within her studio space. I've been working with her for more than two years. When I met her, I was fairly inactive, and she basically taught me how to exercise. After that, I was inspired to explore other physical activities on my own, but I still meet with her once a week for strength training. I train with a friend and we split the hourly cost, which is nice.

A typical one-hour session for us consists of a warm-up; stretching; a variety of strength exercises targeting arms, legs, and core; post
