SENIOR & BEGINNER STRENGTH- This class is a gentler and slower workout focusing on total body and core strength while incorporating cardio, balance moves and stretches and can be done standing or seated.

At Fit To Go With Molly, I combine the latest research and practices as well as the most current trends in senior fitness. My goal is to design programs for clients age 60 and older to be fit, active, functional and independent. Today's seniors can and should remain vibrant, functional and stay active well into the golden years.

Molly's over 50 Zoom class has saved me -- not only from procrastination, stiffness, and dehydration, but from isolation too. Her stretches and weight routines are just enough for me to work up a sweat without making them too hard. She also makes suggestions so we can tailor each move to our needs. I LOVE my classes with Molly. I attend the early morning strengthening classes and they really make a difference in how I experience my day. Best of all, I can feel myself getting stronger which makes my entire week better. A friend recommended Molly when the pandemic shut-down in-person classes. Her Zoom classes have been a terrific way to stay in shape! I really appreciate the mix of cardio and weight-training exercises, with modifications as needed to accommodate varying abilities. After several months, my chronic hip pain is gone, and I am lifting heavier weights. All by just getting online at 7am 3x a week!
