FRAUD ALERT - I took my car to get fixed, never happened, instead , my car was towed from this very same location. The owner will put your car outside and collect tickets from the street sweeping. He lost my car to the tow truck because he would never keep it inside the lot (how it’s supposed to). Now he said it’s my fault it got taken away under his custody. Will proceed with a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs before taking it to Small Claims court. Owner does not want to admit he messed up bad by leaving it outside and tries to flip it on me. Don’t use this shop. They will

If you at all care about your car or your money STEER CLEAR OF THIS JUNK YARD
he will tell you what you want to hear ,and you will end up going to pick up your car and a refund three weeks later because they could not complete it. Don’t waste your time energy or hard earned money here it’s not worth it. I don’t really write reviews, but I had to post this WARNING!!!!
Go somewhere where they respect you as a person and not a disposable customer

П‘ŽðŸ‘ŽClearly this is not an isolated problem or a one off as you can see, by readying many other negative reviews listed below. 110% waste of time and money. Do not go here. I made a horrible costly mistake coming to German Auto Center off Paramount Blvd in Downey borderline Paramount City.. I'm a huge supporter of small business but wow what a complete lack of care for the customer here. The owner will rob you blind and expect you to pay hundreds of dollars for a job they could not complete. I even tried working a middle ground with him but if you don't pay him what he demands he will hold

I took my car to them and they messed my car up . every Warning light on the dash lit up! And they couldn't fix it and I had to take it to someone else and pay for it myself to get it done and they wouldn't give me money back and they are incompetent mechanics .. please guys don't chance taking your car there !!! they're lousy mechanics and they don't know what theyre doing .. No stable mechanics

Waited 5 hrs for a battery, had a diagnostic test they said it was a battery problem charged $50.00 mechanic put it on in less than 2 min. And charged me $ 50.00 more . He said they charged $ 50 an hr 2 min was all it took and the darn battery didnt make a difference so , I asked for my money back $50 because it was only 2 min of labor. This place is a rip off unprofessional and owner wont respond . Definitely not recommended!!!!!

My car overheated in 30mins so I took it here, my car needed a cooling fan and they told me they installed it. Once I received it took my car only 5 mins to heat up. AFTER THEY WORKED ON MY CAR MY BACKLIGHTS WERENT TURNING ON, I confronted the owner and he was trying to charge me for an issue they created. This place is not reliable what so ever, after the mechanic started to give me some bs about his mechanic isn't here because his mother died. LIKE WHAT??? SO WHO WORKED ON MY CAR??? If you have a car problem and want even more car problems take it here for sure. They are here to take your money

They told me a price at first then it was another part then another then when I picked it up my car had all these lights turned on on the dash , took it back and he said that might have been there before . I left my car came back a few days for it again then my ac was not working . Then he told me to take my car and bring it back in a few days . Im left with a 1600 car bill and more light on my car turned on and ac not working . Please do not take you car there . They will rip you off and leave your car in worse conditions than what it was in . Save your money .

Worse place ever to do business they just rob you from your money and just say your car needs extra this and extra that when it's not even true justg to waste your time and money!! I've had my car at this shop for month and yesterday I was promised I would have a running vehicle which was a complete lie the mechanic just disappeared put of no where and the owner was making up excuses and changing his story three times they were holding my cat hostage till I payed them first but the car wasn't running at All!!! I get my car back and it's not even assembled it's completely apart and to top it off

After a referral from a friend who has been coming here for years, I brought my Mercedes to them last week, showing the guy a video of what sound it was making. He figured out quickly exactly what the problem was and had it repaired in no time. And the cost was reasonable given the amount of work I needed done.Attentive, quick, responsive, great work ethic, and always kept in the loop.
