Came in for an oil change.
Facility is nice. Staff is great. Made my appointment online and it was easy to do.
Car was done in 1hr.
They told me what was wrong with the car (air filters) and showed me photos as proof. They were right.
Lobby was nice. They had cold bottled water available for their customers at no cost.
All in all, great experience.

I really wanted to like this place. The customer service agent that helped me was nothing but courteous and helpful. The waiting area is very clean and you would never think you were at an auto shop. However, that's about as far as I can say, was good.
I already had an idea that a wheel bearing was going bad and after evaluation by their mechanic, it was confirmed. They suggested replacing both and after considering things, I agreed. My A/C stop working after a day at the beach and in our Florida heat a working a/c is a must! After spending the day visiting other shops and several calls these guys gave me the best price and a free estimate! Being that I got there late in the day and no return to home plan I was provided a free uber ride. I believe it's a family business so everyone was very nice. In summary I got a new a/c compressor install, good communication, a ride home, 2 yr warranty, great service and the cheapest price! Good job guys! Ty!!

We took our car here last night to get it looked at. Turns out we need spark plugs, ignition coils etc. They quoted us $545 just for plugs and coils. She said an hour and a half for labor to do both. I asked how much the parts were and she said $50 per coil X 4 and $57 for spark plugs. That's $257. She said labor was $167 which is $424 total not $545. When I asked her about it, she became VERY combative and said "I'm sorry but we will no longer work on your car, please come pick it up." So I went here to get my A/C fixed and it is blowing cold air now, and I've very happy with that. The customer service is excellent, and they make you feel like family and the woman at the front (I believe is Margarita) really knows how to give you a great experience. The reason for the 3 stars is now I have a loud squeak, coming from the serpentine belt. I called them the next day to explain the situation and they checked it out for me to see the problem. They explained that while they were fixing the a/c some compressor oil got onto the tensioner and its causing the belt to squeak.

I was traveling with my family in Orlando. One morning, I woke up and noticed a flood of green fluid under my car and assumed my car had a problem. Based on reviews, I took my car to C&G. I told them what happened and they quickly took my car into the shop to inspect it.
After about 30 minutes, they came back and told me there was nothing to do about. Apparently the leak was from a car parked near mine. He told me my car could use an engine flush, but it could wait until I got home. I was relieved and thankful that the guys were honest and thorough.

I took my car here around July, and I thought they did a good job. Plus I loved how they gave me a report of everything. After paying and leaving there still was work needed In my car Which I know since it said it on the report. I had my step dad check out the problems they lied! They said I needed new back brakes we checked they were brand new. When in the report it said it was worn and needed them badly! Meaning they are just trying to sponge people for money! Second the charge for the parts is ridiculous they give generic brands, and expect you to pay as if it

We were on a weekend trip to Orlando when by the strike (literally) of bad luck our alternator broke. We were stranded for an entire day when I called around to different mechanic shops and C & G were the only ones able to replace our alternator. I provided the new alternator and was quoted $240 for the repair. To my disbelief once the work was done they charged me $450!!! They claimed to be a caring business but after I repeatedly told them that I did not want any additional work on my car down the then they doubled the labor costs out of spite!! I was extremely disappointed with this service
