I love this studio! We moved to Chicago about six months ago. I started going here a few times a month and haven't looked back. I've taken classes with Ricardo and Eileen-- both wonderful instructors in very different ways. Eileen is very high-energy, warm, bubbly, friendly. Ricardo is quite calming, genial, deliberate, and gentle. Both of their classes were a bit slowed down, more Hatha-style, with a focus on breathing and proper alignment, which I really like. Eileen taught me a trick for pelvic alignment when seated that I'll never forget. I always leave both classes feeling refreshed, a little

Gorgeous studio and a very welcoming yoga community! Very warm and inviting space, also it's very large - with plenty of space to spread out in.
I love coming here anytime I'm in the neighborhood. Gina is a wonderful owner and teacher!

Pretty venue! Everything here is very clean. Parking is a bit iffy--the last time I went, one of the meters was broken, so I had to look for one that worked. The venue itself is cozy but really nice.

One key is a wonderful yoga studio in Ravenswood! I love the location and all the teachers I have taken classes with are truly incredible. I enjoy the playgroup yoga class with Eileen Wednesday mornings! It’s so nice to have a class that you can bring kiddos to but still get in a good practice! Eileen is an extremely skilled instructor and tailors class to the students and your needs that day. Eileen also teaches a great class Saturday mornings and I am disappointed it doesn’t have more of a following! It’s at an easy time to get to (11) and I always leave feeling so great! I also love the

As a non-frequent yoga-goer, I found them to very helpful and informative. The room and class size is small, and the instructor did a great job of making me feel welcome without making me feel intimidated by being such a novice.

One Key has been a great place to get back into yoga with no pressure. Every instructor has been easy going and nonjudgmental about ability. The spiritual aspects are present but not pushy. I like the open uncluttered space. I only wish the schedule was a little easier to track and went a little later, especially on weekdays.

Excellent fairly small classes with lots of individual attention. Have taken classes with both Gina & Regina, who always provide modifications and are well-attuned to students‘ needs. I enjoy practicing at One Key & always feel great afterwards. Lovely, peaceful, welcoming studio.

What a dissapointing experience with this business. I purchased a 10 class card via Groupon in January of this year (2018). I made it to 2 classes, which I did enjoy, before learning I was newly pregnant & then quickly becoming very ill for the next 2 trimesters (about 6 months). Nausea, throwing up often, food avesion...unable to keep up with much in life, much less yoga class. Finally, at the end of my 3rd trimester, I feel up to making maybe a class or two before delivery. I call & leave a voice message last week, to inquire if any kind of exception could be made on the 120 day expiration

Absolutely love Patrick's 75 min Restorative Yoga class at 4pm on Sundays! Patrick offers explanations and variations for all of poses and offers hands on adjustments. The studio is beautiful, clean, and super relaxing.

I've been taking Restorative Yoga on Sundays with Patrick for at least 6 sessions now and I can't say enough good things about this class and Patrick. He is a wonderful instructor, I love his explanation at the start of class, during poses, etc. I've seen great improvements since taking this class; I get the best nights sleep on Sunday nights, feel less stressed and negative throughout the week when things get tough at work and truly feel like Patrick and this class have helped establish this.

One Key is my weekend oasis after a long work week. The teachers have guided me through restorative classes that relax and quiet my mind and stretch my body. The small class sizes make the experienced, friendly teachers very approachable. It's a very comfortable place with affordable prices!

I just had the most amazing and relaxing yoga class this Sunday at the "beginner yoga class" at 1pm with Eileen. I have always been skeptical about if I would enjoy yoga. I found a Groupon online and thought I would just give it a go. I loved how the instructor Eileen teaches and makes me feel totally relaxed even when I mix up what I'm doing. I would recommend this class for yoga beginners like me or even if you're not a beginner!

They don't come better than Gina. She's the real, authentic, deal. Her beautiful studio is representative of the love she has for yoga and I am honored to be part of the One Key family.
Elizabeth Stevens, you clearly do not practice yoga. It will take time for you to locate a studio you find to be a good fit. But please don't give up.

There are many yoga studios in the city to choose from but none offer the sense of community, positive energy and compassionate instructors that One Key Yoga does. The owner, Gina, has created a beautiful, safe and welcoming studio. A variety of classes & special events are offered and are priced well too! Each class is instructed with careful thought and intention and is different week to week. After every class I leave the studio feeling more fulfilled and centered. One Key Yoga is located in Lincoln Square/Ravenswood location and is walking distance to the Damen Brown Line, next door to a coffee

I've done yoga at many studios in Chicago. I found One Key Yoga through ClassPass and immediately knew it was in my top three favorite yoga studios. Their 75 minute classes are perfect for getting your weekends going. However, the true winner of One Key is Patrick's Sunday Restorative class. Restorative Yoga is one of my personal favorites because I do high-intensity workouts and sit at a desk for work. I have found it really difficult to find a great restorative instructor unlike Vinyasa, where I have found a handful of great ones. But Patrick is a game-changer, he's attentive,

I can't stop telling all my friends about the Play Group yoga for moms and their babes! I was a little nervous about making mom friends(harder than meeting my husband), walking into a class where I wouldn't know anyone, all while being waaaayyyy out of yoga practice. I quickly lost any anxiety as soon as I stepped in. Eileen was quick to greet me, introduce herself and darling son, and welcome us to our mat. The practice was great, and the community even better!

One Key Yoga is a fabulous place to practice yoga. The studio is very relaxing and tastefully decorated. Gina, the studio owner and one of the instructors, is incredibly thoughtful and inspirational. I moved to Chicago in the fall of 2015 and signed up for a beginner yoga course offered each Sunday afternoon over the course of several weeks. I really learned a lot about the art and practice of yoga, proper posture, basic poses and equipment.

The studio offers walk-in classes by packages. I love the noon-time yoga as a break from working at home. If you don't have your own equipment

I have been practicing yoga since I was in college (with varying levels of consistency!) and after a long hiatus from my mat, Gina and One Key have immediately become one of my favorite teacher/studios ever. It is small and welcoming - Gina learns your name and finds out what your experience and goals are for practice. The class was perfectly balanced between restorative floor poses, active/moving poses and, of course, restful shavasana. Prices are great. The space is clean and beautiful. I can't recommend it enough!

First I just want to say that Gina, the owner and one of the instructors, is a delightful person. She has a sweet and warm spirit. I am fairly new to yoga and I was hesitant about trying it. I had tried it a couple times, but I just mimicked people's poses in the classes. I had no clue what I was doing. I told Gina that I was new and after taking one of her classes she suggested that I take the beginners 101 class on Sundays. That class has really helped me learn the basics about yoga and I am so glad that I had taken the class. The instructor was Vannia and she was awesome. She is such a

This new studio has a lot going for it! First is the friendly atmosphere created by the owner, Gina Fitzpatrick, who also teaches many of the classes. She is warm and welcoming without over-doing it. The reception area has two comfy chairs and a small round table where yogis can seat and share a cup of tea and chat after a class. The studio area itself is wide at the beginning and narrows at the half-way point. It is open to the reception area, but a pair of handsome wooden room dividers close it off when a class begins.

As far as the classes go, I have taken several different types, and enjoyed

I started coming to Gina's classes about a month ago, after telling a friend how much I wished there was a yoga studio in my neighborhood- and viola!- One Key Yoga opened up just five blocks from my house, and is more than I could have hoped for!

Gina is an exceptional teacher: generous, intuitive, knowledgable, and very personable. Before she starts each class she always asks what we would like to focus on. I'm always impressed by how Gina sequences her classes, and her ability to mold each class to our individual needs. I've taken both her stretchy yoga (more floor based twists
