Room To Breathe
We love to help people find pathways for release and peace. We work collaboratively with Center Psychotherapy to help you find purpose, meaning, and support through contemplative practice. Come as you are; it's more than enough. Due to our limited space and commitment to small class sizes, pre-registration is required for all classes in order to save your spot.

Room to Breathe is a part of the Center CBM an integrative psychotherapy practice in the Loop.
Services
Yoga is an ancient system of wellness that ultimately aims to connect you with your innate capacity for wisdom, strength, clarity, and joy. Room to Breathe is apart of Center, an integrative psychotherapy practice. Center and Room to Breathe aims to create a radically affirming space where folx can connect with their inner wisdom, find belonging within a community of healing, and feel empowered to express their true self.
After you enter 25 East Washington, come to the 10th floor and follow the signs for Room to Breathe at 1025a. Doors for class open about 10 minutes prior to the start time. There is a sandwich board in the hallway announcing the studio, so you can't miss it!. Due to our limited space and commitment to small class sizes, pre-registration is required for all classes.
Click "book" next to the class you'd like to attend and follow the steps for registration. A teacher will let you in starting 10 minutes prior to class start time. NOTE: Participants who have not registered and paid for class prior to class start time will NOT be admitted to class. In studio participants must show proof of vaccination via email prior to class.
Note that all of our classes are accessible for all levels. However some do require time on hands/knees as well as moving from seated to standing. If these motions don't work for you-no problem! Simply look to sign up for Guided Deep Relaxation, Chair Yoga, or Somatic Yoga as these will be appropriate for any range of motion or email info@roomtobreathechicago.com for tips and customizations to your practice.

Sierra brings so much compassion and enthusiasm to her class. I feel seen and cared for as she guides me through her thoughtful and energizing sequence. Adam is present, genuine and creates safe space for me to live my experience and try new ways to meet myself where I am physically and emotionally while allowing for growth. There are so many things that I could share about Renee; her cuing is so helpful to get me to feel into my body in ways I never have and I feel supported and secure. I feel helped in my journey toward improved health and healing here. I look forward to classes at Room to Breathe

I attended the Deep Restore workshop taught by Lauren and I loved it!! As soon as I walked into the studio, I was given a warm welcome and offered tea/water. The mat and props were already set up for each individual. The aura was very much so calming. The space itself was small, but very clean!
I really felt like the workshop was worth the money! Lauren walked around to make sure that each person was in alignment properly and understood each pose. I've learned new tools that I will forever keep in my belt and I would absolutely return here again!

Loved the experience of the gentle yoga followed by a meditation class. I will be back as I frequent the city a lot. Now that I know where it is I will not get lost!
