Carson's Catering assisted us with our Veteran's Day celebration. Sandi prepared a beautiful meal that included a roast pork loin with apple chutney, roasted vegetable medley, new potatoes, salad, and dessert. As soon as Sandi arrived, the smells of her delicious food began filling the air,drawing teachers and students alike to the library where we were setting up for the event for our Veteran's Band guests. The food was perfectly prepared and tasted amazing, everyone loved it. Sandi's apple chutney stole the show, it was raved about by all who tasted
