Our owner and chief home inspector, Jim Taylor (NC-3725), has spent a lifetime involved in the construction industry. He was a general contractor for over 30 years, working in both residential and commercial construction. Jim's first home inspection was in 1980, and he has performed hundreds more since that time.
We perform a non-invasive visual inspection of visible and accessible structures and components as part of our Home and Commercial property inspection services. With decades of experience in commercial construction, HomeAdvocate's Jim Taylor understands the nuances of inspecting commercial properties.
