I am Client Friendly; I encourage all of our clients to attend the home inspection. I take the time to walk them through the findings and point out maintenance tips for the home. At the end of the inspection I do a complete review including a picture demonstration. I fix the small stuff. There is nothing more frustrating to real estate agent or sellers to have a report full of small issues.

Highly recommended! Ron did my inspection last week, on the home I am purchasing. He was on time, very reasonable, very friendly, and extremely thorough! What I liked best was that he took his time put to go over the results with my realtor and me, without rushing. Then he got my report (which was very organized, and professional) to me within the hour, even in a pandemic!

Terrible service. I hired Ron to do a home inspection on a house which I have now bought. As I look at things closely myself now, I am realizing that Ron missed a lot of things unfortunately. I feel his attention to details and focus are really bad. Also his follow up is terrible and he tends to become really angry in even asking simple follow up questions from his customers who have already paid him. I suggest that it’s better to work with a big home inspection company despite their higher prices, since the attitude of this home inspector is really very unprofessional. I have come to know that

Ron was great, he was easy to work with and had very reasonable prices. The reason I would reccrecom him though is because he was extremely thorough. I feel he went above and beyond and really represented me well as the buyer. This was not the first home that I purchased, but definitely the best inspection that I have ever had.
