Massage is much more than a simple Luxury and relaxation. We have licensed massage therapist that will meet you at your home or desired location.

We will bring a massage table, and everything we would need for a successful massage session. You can choose to schedule a one time massage or speak with use about massage packages to schedule massage one time a month. Increased flexibility means less stress on muscles during workouts and daily activities.

Shawn answers a few questions about his background, preferred workout methods, and offers some client advice. I had a very active sports background participating in football, wrestling, and track. I got involved in weight training when I was fourteen. I continued my dedication for weight training while in college, which was very useful during my football career.
Gladiator Strong Fitness trainers have a passion for health and fitness, and overall providing their clients with fun workouts. They'll work with you to achieve each and every milestone on your journey to achieving the goals you've selected for yourself, ensuring you always finish strong. Shawn is an American Aerobic Association and International Sports Medicine Association (aaai/isma) certified personal trainer.
Small Group Training combines individualized instruction with the community atmosphere of Group fitness classes. Typically small group training is comprised of 4-6 individuals, fitness levels can range from first time in the gym to spartan athlete, trainers will be sure to provide individual coaching even within the group setting and exercises can be modified as necessary.
Strength and weight training is important for your overall health and well-being but even more so when you're involved in sports and other highly physical activities. Whether training for a marathon, triathlon, basketball, football, or simply wish to improve your golf swing working with a trainer can give you the extra edge you need.
This challenge was created and designed by Gladiator Strong Fitness personal trainer Shawn Bethea. For 30 days you will challenge your core like never before with targeted abdominal exercises For 20 minutes daily. The goal for this challenge is to help you develop a stronger core while helping your tone your Tummy.

Shawn is an excellent and motivating trainer. My goal is to stay strong and healthy as a woman in my 40’s, and Shawn helps me to do that. I appreciate the wisdom he uses to combine exercises and always enjoy his explanations of which exercises work which muscles.

I really enjoy working out with Shawn. That’s saying a lot when working out is something I do because I know I need to and definitely not something I do for fun. He keeps things interesting and there is never the same workout twice. Shawn took the time to learn about me as an individual, tailors the workouts specifically to me, and modifies if needed yet pushes me beyond anything I would do on my on. He’s extremely knowledgeable about his craft and I feel like I have a partner on this journey with me. I highly recommended Shawn and Gladiator Strong Fitness.

Shawn worked with me on boxing mitt work for about a year and a half. He was very professional, polite, fun, and flexible in terms of timing and location. We’d work out once a week and he would come to my apartment which was very convenient. He was also very responsive to texts and was a great motivator!

I’ve never enjoyed working out and still don’t on my own, but Shawn is the trainer I went from seeing a couple times a week to 3x a week and if I had the time, would see 4x a week! He communicates promptly via text and calendar invites for sessions and has been forthcoming with at-home work out plans when I’m traveling and healthy eating habits recommendations. He motivates me during our sessions to give it everything I have that day whilst keeping an eye on my posture, especially because I have constant low back pain. Speaking of back pain, he is extremely knowledgeable in the human body

I easily give Shawn and Gladiator Fitness 5-Stars. I provided my targeted goals during the initial consultation. Under Shawn's training and guidance, I went from 195lbs to 175lbs/20% body fat to 13% body fat, in a little less than four months. Definitely plan to continuing training with Gladiator Fitness!

I enjoyed working with Sean. We worked out three times a week for close to a year, and he was always very professional. Each time, he would have a workout planned that helped push me to get stronger. He's not the type to yell or be aggressive, but he is dedicated, and having him helped me improve my strength and energy.

Shawn is worth every penny as a trainer. His workouts are intense and customized to your abilities. I worked out with him this past summer which helped to start my weight loss process. I’m down 17 lbs in 3 months and a ton of credit is owed to him. Thank you Shawn!

I stopped working out for years after rupturing my Achilles' tendon. I lost my desire to exercise and regardless of how many times I rejoined the gym, I had no motivation to workout.
I made my mind up to spend my hard earned money on a personal trainer. I found Shawn from Gladiator and now I'm back on the grind. Shawn is super knowledgeable and very professional. Every workout changes, which is great for the body! Shawn knows his stuff!

My experience working out with Shawn has been great! Some words that come to mind when I think about Shawn are: patient, motivating, and flexible. Shawn works hard to accommodate my schedule.
