Built on body positivity, Fit and Female Active is a powerful personal training, pre & post natal strength training, and group fitness platform that invites Black women and Women of Color to become more active so they can get in the best shape of their lives. Now, can you envision yourself at the end of your workout program, feeling stronger, more motivated and happier than ever?

That said, anyone can give you a workout, but at Fit and Female. I deliver powerful and unmatched energy and motivation, especially when it comes to training women. So, if you're tired of putting off your fitness program, starting over, and dealing with the lack of accountability- you're ready to make this the last stop to reaching your goals.

Established in 2017, Fit and Female Fitness Program is an inclusive collective of women who enjoy movement and activity! We are a judgement free community who want to inspire others to become more active as well! Through-out our season, you will experience fitness events, collaborations, workshops, panel discussions, and have an incredible network of fitness outlets to keep you on track with your fitness goals.
Fit and Female is Washington D.C.'s premiere Total Body Movement Fitness Program. We are taking your workouts to the next level! Turning them inside out with a fun and inviting fitness experience. Sweat it out to music professionally mixed by our in house DJ, complementary post workout cool-down service: water, snacks, & cooling wipes, and online scheduling and payment options that can be made from your phone.
I wanted to create a fun, judgement free community of women to not only encourage a healthier lifestyle, but wanted the women who are in my program to feel empowered. I never would have thought I was a runner, but now I'm leading a running club every Monday, and I'm doing Spartans and 5Ks. You never know what the body can do.
Training Sessions and Group Fitness Classes are 50 minute workouts that combine warm up/cool down, explosive movement, plyometrics, core training, & full body movement. When you arrive for class or a training session, please plan to arrive 5 minutes before start time to give yourself enough time to grab a snack, get some water, get acclimated, and connect with others.
I have fun with my clients, and take a "Sister" first approach to my fitness program- meaning I see you as human first, and humans go through s**t sometimes, lets work through it! Clients rely on my well rounded training program to pump up their inner strength, flex a positive mindset, and crush their life goals.
