Clown Car lending at its best. I recently refinanced two loans with SnapFi. My prior mortgages with with a larger lender and I am currently praying that my loans will get sold to another servicer. You can't reach them by phone. You only get messages and then when you leave them they don't return them. I went online to set up auto pay for my loans and I realized I had put in the wrong draft date for one of my loans. This was a month after I set up the new account. I forgot my password and tried to reset it online. It claims it will e-mail me with a new link to reset it. Well it never sends the e

I refinanced my home with Diane and her and her team were all amazing. Very fast, easy to reach and made the whole process so easy. In 15 years of selling real estate in and around LA I've never interacted with a more unprofessional, disorganized or asinine lender while trying to help a client fund their dream home. From my experience it's a top down strategy implemented by their owners and CEO.

Being a self-employed business owner, it is really hard to navigate the world of mortgages. Add in a pandemic, and I was barely willing to try. Jason made it very easy and got me an interest rate a whole percentage point lower than my current one. Snapfi is a joke of a company...claims they can beat any other lenders rates and does not charge points. But what they don't tell u is they charge underwriters fee and a processing fee which is more than paying for points. When I showed loan estimate from another lender beating Snapfi's estimate and told them they needed to do better they just canceled everything without even trying to work with me. Thanks Beatriz Camacho NMLS# 1374881...there was somethings that she did that couldve been deemed illegal like withholding loan estimate....

For a bit of context: I was a first time homebuyer with a very high maintenance parent helping out with the downpayment who wanted to be very involved in every step of the loan process. I've worked w/ Boyd now three times, buying twice and refi-ing once. In the beginning, he was helpful by taking the time to provide me w/ ample information and answer my onslaught of questions. Buying a house for the first time is a crazy process, and Boyd was always patient with me and effectively managed my expectations and emotions. As we continued to work together, we established a nice and efficient cadence and he always found ways to hit aggressive timelines. Jay Weisbrod was extremely helpful throughout the refinance process, by making something that can at times be stressful into a seamless transaction.
