I was referred by a friend to Alec at Compass Mortgage Planners. I sent an introduction email to Alec in the evening and received a response with next steps two hours later to schedule a call the next day. Alec explained the various options for a refi with cash out extremely well and was communicative throughout the entire process. Timing and transparency is everything so be prepared with the required documentation to get you to closing fast! My first email to Alec was on 12/9 and the notary was at my home on 12/21. It was a smooth and quick close. Can’t ask for anything better than that!

I had the pleasure of working with Alec to refinance one our homes and he did a great job keeping in constant contact and updating me as the process went along. Even with the 3 hour time difference from AZ to HI, he would answer my questions well past his quitting time. He worked hard to find the best scenario and got our mortgage down from 30 to 20 years with minimal increase to our payments. He’s always looking for the most savings and truly had the clients best interest in mind. Closing was quick and pretty easy considering the distance. He’s definitely worth talking to!

We started the process of refinancing our existing loan on day one and only fourteen days later we signed the final new loan docs thanks to Alec Soultanian.
Alec was very professional in the negotiation process because he was easy to communicate with and made it clear as to what the offers were which met our guidelines. Alec was very responsive to the underwriters by advising us as to the supporting docs required to complete the review of the prospective loan application.
We have refinanced before with other businesses and this was by far the best experience.

Alec Soultanian contacted me at the same time I had reached out to a large mortgage provider. I figured bigger is better. After talking to a Alex I decided to see what he could do. Besides getting me a great rate and a great price. Communication and explanation of process was on point. After not hearing from the Big Company I decided to go forward with Alex.
After getting all my info in I expected to wait for a couple weeks but that was not the case. The loan was cleared to close in 4 Days with my closing day 3 days later for a total of 7 days to complete the process.
