Simplify Mortgage was founded by John Moran in Scottsdale, AZ with a straightforward mission statement - Make mortgages easier. Mortgages could be a much easier process, but some companies won't give up their archaic systems and processes, so everyone involved has to suffer through "the old way". While we aren't in control of every aspect of the process, the goal is to simplify the things we can.
I grew up in northern Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin (Go Badgers!). I'm thankful for the Midwestern outlook on life that my Wisconsin upbringing instilled in me. After college I spent two years in New York, NY as a real estate agent in Manhattan. That was certainly an eye-opening experience for a young guy from the Midwest.

Most quotes are provided within 1 hour. There are some places on the internet where you can find mortgage rates posted, but you won't find them here because interest rates are not "one-size-fits-all".
I can't begin to say enough good things about working with John. We are first time homebuyers and John took the time to educate us about getting a mortgage. John was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to match the exact mortgage for our situation and save us money. John was extremely responsive to any request or question.
Here is a helpful mortgage calculator to determine a new monthly payment. These calculations are estimates and are not guaranteed for any particular loan. Buying a home can be stressful. However, working with John and his team it made the process a little less. He keeps you updated through the entire process and if you have questions, he responds quickly.

Cardinal Financial Company led me to believe that they could refinance my home. Even though I told them that another company appraised my home and told me it couldn't be refinanced. So I paid for another appraisal and the report came back again not in my favor. They said that I couldn't be refinanced. Now I'm out the appraisal fee and I feel like I was lied to. Buyers beware, and new home owners beware.

I recommend John completely. I came across John's name on a search for reasonable jumbo loans. I have a large home and when I purchased it, one of my two loans was mostly interest paying and would have ballooned in another year or two.
