Chad Okun was such a pleasure to work with. He made himself available any time of day or night to assist with our refinance. Chad took the time to understand our situation and needs and was invested throughout the entire process. As a first time "home-buyer" doing this refinance during a difficult time due to a family member passing away, we couldn't have asked for a better friend at our side. Very informative with all of our questions. Made it easy to know we made the right decision with our lender. This was our first time buying a home.
