I would highly recommend working with A+ when purchasing a home. They do a thorough inspection and provide an easy to follow report on what all needs to be addressed. I would also suggest asking for Cory as the inspector as he is highly knowledgeable and professional. He took time to discuss all the findings upon completion to ensure the buyer is informed. Chris was very thorough in the inspection of our future home, he went into great detail in the report. I was not able to be present during the inspection but once he was done and still at the property he was able to call me and go over his findings. Thank goodness a friend of mine gave me the phone number for A Plus Inspections of Texas. I was in escrow for a new construction home in Montgomery and needed to find an inspector who could get there in a timely manner. I called a few other inspection companies but they were either over priced or hard to get a hold of. I was able to reach Paul very quickly and I was able to schedule an inspection easily.
The online portal to sign the agreement and pay for the inspection was super convenient. I was not able to be there in person for the inspection, but I know the inspectors showed up on time

I would highly recommend A Plus Inspections. They were prompt, courteous and most of all very thorough in their inspection of the home I was looking to purchase. They took the time to walk me through the issues they found and spent a good 3-4 hours inspecting the premises. Their report was thorough and was delivered to myself and my realtor within 18 hours after the inspection was completed. I would highly recommend Paul Ferguson and his team of inspectors.

I just had my inspection with Paul on a house I'm buying yesterday. He arrived at 1 and left around 5:30 ish. He was very nice and entertaining. He was very thorough when he explained everything to me and my realtor. He walked us through the whole house. Gave us advice on what he thought needed to be fixed ASAP and recommendations. I was scared by how cheap this report was but I'm glad I did it. Was worth the price. Even got the report a couple hours later. Would definitely use this company in the future.

Absolutely fantastic inspection experience. Paul, Chris and Justin were ultra thorough but also extremely friendly and didn't mind spending plenty of time discussing the home we were inspecting. We had a short turnaround on our option period and Paul and team worked with us squeezed us in and put a rush on our mold report. They got me the report for everything else within almost an hour. Obviously your mileage may vary but I can't recommend A Plus inspections any higher.

Chris did an AMAZING job and when I say amazing I mean AMAZINGGG! The inspection report is thorough and had tons of pictures. He answered all of our questions and even fixed the drain in one of the sinks while he was doing the inspection. I am not one to write reviews so please believe me when I say these guys are legit the best. Worth every penny, I'm never using another company and will recommend these guys to everyone I know.

This is the most thorough inspection company we have ever used. We were so impressed from the moment they walked until the moment we all left the property. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. Our inspection was only yesterday but I have already recommended them to two people. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. They even have a way to tell where you are losing energy due to lacking insulation. That is helpful to everyone, not just people buying or selling a home. Paul and Chris know their stuff and do such an amazing job

Paul provided excellent service. He is very detailed and takes his time. I was present for the inspection, so I could get first hand knowledge any problems. Paul, not only informed me of problems he found, he also gave explanations of possible cause and options for solutions. I appreciated him taking the time to explain and educate me.
