Mona Lisa is operating with a rotating menu for indoor and outdoor dining (as well as carryout), in accordance with guidelines released by the state of Connecticut. Customers are asked to maintain a safe distance from other parties and to wear face masks at all times except while seated and eating.
Bar seating will remain closed as Phase 3 of Connecticut's reopening process is indefinitely paused. Mona Lisa Restaurant constantly strives to provide a first-class dining experience for our patrons by using only the freshest ingredients, marrying modern cooking sensibility with classic Italian flavor, and refusing to cut corners when it comes to the small things, like our complimentary hot fresh bread and our seasonal salads.

Our party room is the perfect location for your private party, seating up to 100 people with room to spare. We can arrange our tables any way you'd like (so as long as the fire marshal stays happy).
Fried chicken breast with lettuce, tomato, and bacon, topped with fresh mozzarella, Italian herb mayonnaise, and broccoli rabe. Served between three slices of whole-grain bread. Grilled chicken breast with roasted red peppers, broccoli rabe, and Italian herb mayonnaise. Served on a kaiser roll. First I want to preface by saying I am originally from New York and I am part Italian. I know Italian food.
My boyfriend and I just recently celebrated 12 years together and we wanted something really good and fancy for it so I decided to order Mona Lisa’s on GrubHub: I ordered the penne alla vodka and he ordered the broccoli rabe with cavatelli and sausage. For an appetizer we got the fried burrata.
The food did not disappoint. When I cut the burrata to split it in half and saw all the liquid come out of it I knew the rest of the food would be fantastic and it was. The salads we got that came

Lacks staffing and unable to handle large tables. Must have one large bill.no separate Bill's for big table or large group. Getting orders right seems to be an issue! Still not sure actually sure they wanted us as customers. Waitress seemed like she was having a little trouble being courteous! Talked down to us as if we had no business being able to afford this large bill! She missed out by not allowing each couple to their own bill! We are very good tippers. this place is hard pass for my husband and I. To bad because my food was good.

What a great place ! the atmosphere is very welcoming .
the restaurant is very clean and the staff is very attentive .
I will definitely revisit This establishment
The bands name is “swift kick” .
They were there the evening I had dinner and provided excellent music and entertainment .
The food was excellent
my scallops were cooked perfectly medium ,the bacon that was wrapped around the scallops was also so cooked perfectly .
The shrimp was nice and tender .
The baked lasagna entree was fantastic !

We were a party of 6 who went to Mona Lisa for the first time on a Sunday for a lunch/dinner. We wanted to sit outside on their patio which really hadn’t opened officially yet for the season and we were accommodated.
The service was friendly and quite efficient.
The food was really, really good. I had the Veal Sorrentino and it was fantastic. I would definitely order this delicious meal again. The rest of our group ordered several different items off the menu (burgers, chicken sandwich, etc.) and everyone left happy.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to return

Highly recommend for a nice night out. The sauce that comes with Sam's Chicken is the best thing ever! Make sure you save bread to dip into it!! It's chicken stuffed with seafood and asparagus and 2 lobster ravioli on the side. So good! I order the same thing every time. On our most recent visit, my husband had a huge portion of Chicken Marsala and was happy to have enough to eat it again the next day. They have indoor dining, patio dining and takeout. Very nice people too.
