Paula Perkins has always been quick to respond when there are matters needing attention. During ice storm she called to make sure I was okay (I had fallen) and that there would be water delivered and stairs salted for safety. Paula goes above and beyond manager type duties. One complains and she always listens!

Paula Perkins, the property manager I worked with was outstanding. Was very helpful in completing paperwork and assisted with the technology when needed. She always got back to me ASAP. Paula Perkins at CSA has up gone above and beyond any expectations we have ever had in helping us through the Texas Winter Storm of 2021. She personally drove in dangerous ice conditions to bring me and my husband a space heater. Always calling to check on us. I've never experienced this before with any other management company. Been working with their agent for 6+ months for leasing a unit and they ghosted us at the last second of our final lease agreement. Very un-ethical and unprofessional people to work with. Would not recommend.

They never respond. Getting an answer is like pulling teeth. Their website wont allow you to contact them. I love nothing more than no response. Even calling gets you the run around and still no answers. Horrible company. Do not do buisness with them.

We have lived at several of the properties managed by CSA over the past decade in North and South Austin. Lindsay has always been quick with issues we have had and even handled an emergency issue on the weekend for us. We have had to downsize and then the following year move, they helped us through the process and transferred us. We recently purchased own our home, but we continue to refer their way for residential and commercial properties.

Over the past 8 years I have lived at one of CSA Realty Groups properties. I have been able to create a safe & comfortable home. Mary Vega & Lindsay Scogin have been exceptional property manager's. Efficient, Prompt to Act, Understanding, and Genuinely Caring, have been just a few of the attributes they've shown. If you have doubts, or other property options you are considering, I highly recommend CSA Realty Group as your first choice. You won't be disappointed!

The building and rent are great, but This company is very far from great. I give them a zero. Due to the fact no one is ever in the office or return important calls about there property, I have been with them for 4 years and it's just gotten worse. I'll call they don't know any answers regarding the rent or the agent or about there property and transfer me to voice mail. I never get a phone call back and after repeated calls I'll finally get a hold of the person I was suppose to but, they have no answers, and they tell me that it's another person I need to talk to but they

This company is horrid they have a clueless operator. They have no tech support for the very bad website they set up. They manage property and HOA's when really they do nothing but collect money from hardworking Americans and if you are even a day late 20% fee. My advice to everyone find a large reputable company because this one is a garbage dump.

They took over my apartment complex just as I was subletting it out and was a disaster of a time getting it finally through as it took more than a month to verify my Subletter. Also I was warned by two but seperate neighbors that Mary will "lose" money orders and blame you so they warned me to keep them all untill I moved and and unfortunately I lost a few of them in the move and they got me. They claimed to have not recieved 3 of my water bills dating back almost e months. Now any regular complex would be at your door if you miss your payment but they didnt and then claimed I didnt pay

I was introduced to the CSA group years ago but always considered them too small of shop for our portfolio. When we finally made a decision to leave one of the larger brokerage firms in Austin, I asked my broker at the time who he'd recommend we hire. He suggest Andrew C because of hands on approach our product type demanded. We interview CSA and made the switch when one of our assets was 72% occupied. Within 6-months CSA brought that project above 90% and help us sell the project within a year of taking on the leasing & management assignment. I'd recommend this group for industrial

This is a slum lord management group. I have a family of 7 living below me (1 bedroom) and it is no concern to them. It's my concern bc my water bill is 50 bucks a month and I am only one person (group water).

I have to say first and foremost that my rating is based on my interaction with my particular property manager - NEVER returned phone calls, BARELY returned emails, took over a week to run a credit check (in my past experiences they've always taken 10 minutes) and took a month to get an exterminator out to my apartment after I had to firmly state that the cockroaches I was seeing in my apartment could qualify for pet deposits - and I stayed on top of my request to have an exterminator come in because I was fearing for my life. In their defense, I did get some explanation that they were "
