I love Carrie! I saw her during a critical time in my life and am so grateful for the direction I chose to take after our visits. I would be in a very different position today if I had not met with her and I am SO grateful for the place I am in now. She has insights I was not able to find with other counselors, insights that were absolutely critical for me to have knowledge of. As the director for a depression and anxiety recovery program, I have recommended her broadly to others and have taken my own kids to her as well. If you're looking for someone who has TOOLS that lead to long-term, sustained

I have been anti-therapy most of my life, when I reached very rock bottom in my life I tried to seek out someone who was not into prescribing some pills to solve the problem. Ms. Wrigley was that professional. Her balanced approach is real and effective. She is professional, caring and realistic. I will always highly recommend her to any and all seeking help.

Carrie Wrigley is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring LCSW. She has helped my family tremendously. She was able to assist my child in addiction and pinpointing the main issue going on in our home. Which started that addiction. She not only assisted my child but also showed us as parents how we could help and be a greater strength for our child in the healing and recovery. She has also written a book called “Your Happiness Toolkit 16 Strategies for Overcoming Depression”. There are many wonderful points in it that allow us to develop a method/tool kit in being able to address depression recognize

Carrie is a one of a kind counselor. Her kindness and application of wisdom is greatly needed in the counseling world. I had been meeting with Carrie when I was extremely depressed and anxious, at a super low point in my life. I felt broken and just doing little things like getting out of bed in the morning were so hard. I remember breaking down in a complete sobbing mess during my session that day, not knowing how I could go on, and in that moment that I shared with Carrie, something shifted for me. I knew based on her response that she genuinely cared about me, and cared about my well-being.

I had the extraordinary opportunity to attend three live classes that Carrie offered in August of 2019. I and my friend, who attended with me, have both suffered from a lifetime battle with depression. The thing we loved the most after each class was how hopeful and uplifted we felt. The even better thing was that she had just finished a book (Your Happiness Toolkit) with a gazillion proven techniques that you can pick and choose from according to your individual needs to not only recover from depression but, MOST IMPORTANTLY, to learn how to live a joyful, contented life.

2 years ago I was a broken man. I had a unchecked addiction and a struggling marriage. I came to Carrie with little hope in my future and even less confidence in myself. She listened to me and my situation and really helped me break down and tackle my struggles one at a time. She took the time as she coached me through all of this to help me gain the skills I needed to take steps in a positive direction everyday. She has a huge focus on living a balanced life by giving attention to each of these four categories; physical, spiritual, mental, and social. I can attest that by giving time and attention

I've absolutely loved working with Carrie. I first saw her present at BYU Education week and was touched, inspired, and educated by her message. Since then, I've met with her as a personal client and leave every session feeling a little bit stronger and more empowered with tools to help me better my life, and move past my traumatic experiences. After meeting with Carrie I don't think I'd want to even consider anyone else. She's brilliant, compassionate, and has decades of experience. Love her!

I have been to many therapists where I felt like I showed up, vented and then they took my payment with no resources to help me with my issues. Carrie has so many resources and leaves me with a lot of homework so I feel like I am actually working toward change, not remaining stagnant. She is fun to talk to and has been huge in helping me save my marriage. I highly recommend Carrie, she is real and is all about healing the package as a whole and not just one symptom.
