I'm supposed to say "yes, absolutely" here, but the truth is, nobody needs therapy all of the time. Counseling is there to direct people through areas in life that are difficult to navigate. This life isn't meant to be easy and everyone goes through periods of time where seeing a therapist can be extremely beneficial.

A new honest best friend mixed with a wise grandparent that will call you out when you need to hear it! Jed manages to effectively and effortlessly connect, help with awareness and find my blind spots all while being non judgmental. Is that even possible? Well, it was for me and I hate being wrong almost as much I love being right (there is a difference!).
The important thing is, Jed provided me a safe place to vent, think and find guidance, the rest was on me to be open to improve myself,
to keep working on my goals and he helps me improve with every session.
Thank you Jed, I dont think I'll

I've had a lot of therapy, and seen a lot of different therapists in the past 4 years. I went to M2L because I felt stuck in my progression and hoped Jed could help with a different approach. I'm SO glad I did! He has a great sense for what I need and in just a couple of months I feel like so much has shifted with his help, especially many destructive, lifelong beliefs I've had. I still have a long way to go, but I'm moving along instead of going in circles. If you're looking to really change your life and get help, I highly recommend reaching out to Jed to help lead you through whatever you're

M2L has been an amazing experience for me. Some of my darkest and brightest days have been discussed with Jed. He never judges me for things I say, and always has the ability her help me see things from different perspective. As Jed would say "awareness up!" Whether you need help, or just need to clear a few cobwebs therapy is a great resource and Jed is a great therapist.

It’s been a little over a month that I decided to visit Jed . My main problem is anxiety and depression. Since day one, he has been very helpful, and I wish I had found him before ! He is helping me go trough my hard time , and helping me see how things are in life. He is always there to help me ! The way that he explain things to me, I just love it !! He brought hope to my life !
Life can be hard , and each person , I believe has their own way to see things or feel them .
He has videos that I can watch , when I feel down ( you tube ) he is always there !
I recommend him to anybody that’s

Jed is such great therapist! I have been to a handful of therapists before, none of which ever actually helped me very much. In the few sessions I've had with Jed I've already learned a lot and have been able to implement some great changes in my life and marriage. I have felt that there are changes in life I've needed/wanted to make as well as going through my postpartum journey and after a few sessions with other therapists things seemed to dry out and there was nothing to discuss. I feel this happened because I don't have any major trauma to dissect or diagnose. I have never felt that way with

After trying many different therapists throughout the years, my brother- in-law referred me to Jed. I thought he would be like the other therapists whom I'd been too..the ones who coddle you and agree with how you feel, etc. I was in a very bad place after my divorce and after many years, I still felt depressed, sad, and had developed this victim mentality of "why me." Once I made the appointment and went to my first visit, I realized Jed was very different from the other therapists I'd been too! He helped me understand my irrational thoughts and beliefs were part of what was inhibiting me healing

I had the opportunity of working with Jed prior to starting a substance use facility of my own. I have found his approach to therapy to be very effective and insightful. He provides a method that is direct and to the point while remaining compassionate and understanding. This is the approach I aim to implement at our facilities and this is largely due to his influence.

I have been in the substance abuse/mental health field for roughly 15 years and can attest that Jed is a phenomenal therapist. Jed has a unique way of providing the feedback that a client NEEDS to hear, even if it is not what they WANT to hear. He does so while providing a foundation of care and safety, so that a client is willing to walk through the waters of uncertainty. I have admitted a number of clients to Jed who, years later, are doing wonderfully and attribute much of their success to what they learned while working with him.
