We strongly believe in experiential therapy. This modality improves communication skills, bonding, problem resolution, leadership skills and developing support systems. Heather does not do traditional therapy. She often goes out into the community into the real life situations. She at times will do in home counseling and therapy according to the client's needs.

Heather is awesome! I have been seeing her since June of 2020 and the changes that I have made in my life since then are innumerable. I have begun to achieve goals that have otherwise taken me years to complete. She is extremely caring and really, truly wants you to succeed. She gives you the tools that you need to be successful, but it is ultimately up to you to make the changes. She is a great supporter and makes sure that you feel comfortable with the changes you are trying to make. I would definitely recommend Heather Rowley.

This is a great team! They communicate with you wonderfully and Heather is absolutely AMAZING! she is super flexible with her scheduling and is always open to talk with you whenever you need it. I have searched for a long time to find a therapist I could feel comfortable with. From the beginning with Advantage Counselings administrative help to actually sitting down with Heather, the entire experience was very pleasant! I have many focuses on my life and Heather is very well rounded and skilled. She listens and provides feedback and actual work to get better. With ever single one of my issues! Heather Rowley has a heart of pure gold. She did therapy and was the support person for almost every Foster Child I had. She has such an innate sense of what is truly each child’s inner self. She was able to help these kids build skills, learn trust, learn empathy and courage to rebuild their lives for themselves, not necessarily for their families or sometimes even with their families. I would trust her beyond any therapist I have ever known. I’ve seen her work absolute magic. And once Heather is your friend, she is your mentor for life. I gained so much personally from her. I’m so grateful
