The science is the research and programming prep Inspired Method coaches do to ensure you burn up to 1,000 calories per workout, run without fear, and power your body to heroic lengths. The ultimate physique and life are not just created with weights and sprints. The body, mind, and soul need daily doses of Mobility and Lifestyle coaching.
This theme challenges each and everyone of you to give more, do more, and prepare more for YOUR mind, body, soul, and emotional intelligence. Joining an Inspired Method training program is one of the most valuable resources you could ever use. It's an investment in yourself and it will yield some of the highest returns. You'll need a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and your headphones for music (if desired). Classes are held at Palisades Park, Santa Monica on Ocean Ave and Palisades Ave.
The park is located alongside Ocean Ave at the top of the coastal sandstone bluffs, offering breathtaking scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. This globally acclaimed park was gifted by the founders of Santa Monica in 1892 and since then it's been a worldwide vacation destination and epic slice of heaven here in the west side of Los Angeles.

Amazing workouts with a good variety of Cardio, stretch, and strength. I joined the group to help with my back pain, and after a short time, all problems disappeared. The group is always full of very nice and friendly people, and the coach is amazing. This workout has it all! Truly recommend it to anyone.

I have known about Jared's program for fitness for perhaps as much as four years now. I was involved in some other programs nearby sharing the same park and beautiful views of the Pacific. I would observe as the teams worked out and individuals sometimes run by me during my own routines. One thing in passing by I gradually got to know Jared on a friendly basis. He was always welcoming and suggested I take the first class free to see if I like it. As we went through a difficult period in 2020 we all made adjustments to carry on what we love to do. I've been attending Jared's Inspired Method workouts for 3 years now -- the 6:00am class, 3 days a week and I rarely miss a class. Jared is extremely knowledgeable and communicates the purpose and intention of every workout...and he meets you where you're at. If you're killing it, he'll challenge you to do more, but if you're just not feeling it that day, he's got your back. He loves what he does and he truly (I mean, truly) cares about every person who attends his classes. He shows up for me, so I show up for him. Highly recommend!!

Jared offers me options and support that work for me, when I need something different. He follows up with emails checking in to see if his suggestions are working. I have been working out with Inspired Method for over 10 years. I’ve tried gyms, at-home workouts and group classes all around Los Angeles and this is the only work out that holds me accountable for showing up, provides the results I need and is always a pleasure (yes! A pleasure, to WORK OUT!).

I just finished my very first class of the New Year with Inspired Method. I signed up for the 6am sessions and I have never been more proud of myself for joining this program. Getting to the park before sunrise is crazy!! But Jared makes it all worth it. The workout is balanced so well with challenge, new and familiar movements, and you go at your own challenging pace. Jared makes you feel like you're on a 1:1 session with him, he pays close attention and encourages you to push yourself in all the best ways. I can't think of a better way to start the year than wit an Inspired Method

Jared and Inspired Method have changed my life,
and not just my body !
I have a new sense of accomplishment , well- being and increased mental ,emotional and physical strength.
Jared works with each of us to give special attention to our fitness levels and physical limitations . He helps those of us who might have injuries to find exercises to fit our situations.
Even when I had toe surgery , I still came to class with my boot ,
( boot boot camp! ). Jared found a way to make sure I had a truly intense workout. I never thought that I could get this strong and healthy !!

I love my experience with Jared and his inspired method. Jared is a true fitness professional. He is knowledgeable, well-versed and a great instructor. Fitness routines and levels are tailored to each individual. He is challenging and motivating but never unrealistic with expectations. Class activities are organized and communicated in advance. Jared is always available for additional instructions and is extremely attentive during each session. I highly recommend taking Jared’s class. Shelter at Home started with my husband making a loaf of sourdough practically every day. 8 lbs later....Jared was highly recommended by a friend who had been working out with his class in Palisades Park. I've been taking his 2-Pillar Challenge via Zoom for a few months now, and I'm very happy with the workout. It's challenging, but Jared is an excellent communicator, and he's effective at getting me to hone in where it's necessary to get the maximum effect. The best part; the 1 hour workout just flies by. I really feel better and I can tell I'm stronger. I look forward to coming out of this pandemic

I've been with Jared for over 3 years. During the Covid pandemic, it's been great having these virtual trainings. The power of having a community and a trainer to rely on during this time has been fantastic. I would never do a boot camp workout alone, I am just not motivated like that. But, having Jared and the group really pushes me and inspires me. Even though it's in my living room, Jared gives a great workout, I sweat, stretch, push myself, and stay in shape. THANK YOU JARED!

Jared is without a doubt the best trainer I have ever met, hands down. He and his team of Inspired Method trainers are an incredible source of motivation to feeling good, and getting a morning sweat in the books. I look forward to the classes like I never thought I could. Each class is unique, and we build on a core group of foundational elements with inventive techniques that never get old. I've been training with Jared for over 3 months now and I can't begin to explain the gains I have had. His training is truly one of a kind as he combines strength training, with mindfulness, with interval/cardio work.
Jared is also constantly learning and implementing new techniques for every session. "Muscle confusion is the game to massive gains" he says! I highly recommend Jared and the entire Body Inspired Fitness Team. They are not only great trainers, but great, kind-hearted people as well.

After working out on my own and observing many of the trainers in Palisades Park in Santa Monica, I knew I had found the right class with Jared. He knows precisely what he is doing and why, he understands how to work with different body types and levels of fitness , and teaches and reinforces the right technical alignment needed for a workout that was safe and that WORKS. I not only already see a difference in my body but I look forward to the workouts- even though I tend to be the slowest in the group. There's no judgement- only the will and desire to make us more fit, healthy and happy

Well - pretty life changing for me! Jared, Angela and Holly are phenomenal trainers / life coaches. I started working out with the 6 am group and immediately realized that this was a different type of "boot camp." The group was incredibly diverse in terms of fitness levels and life backgrounds, however, they all seemed to love working out together and many of them had been with BIF for years. Jared and Angela bring different approaches to the workout, creating a blend of cardio, plyometrics, core strengthening, and yoga that not only improves fitness and endurance but also flexibility

This is the first review I've ever written but I feel compelled to tell my story. I am a 64 year old woman who has never had a regular exercise routine. About 3 years ago, a friend recommended I give Holly's boot camp a try. I'd never done a plank, a push-up and I have back issues and an arthritic knee. Holly is firm but understanding, making modifications to accommodate my needs. And her, "you can do it!", helps motivate me along the way. If you're looking for great workouts with amazing trainers and a ridiculous view, this is what you need to be doing. I started working out with BIF a couple years ago and I could not be happier to have found them. They are amazing people who really invest in you, find out what your goals are and actually help you achieve them. BIF is hands down one of the best workouts and trainings out there. I LOVE Jared!!! His sessions are well planned, he's fully aware of everyone's strengths and goals and checks in before, during, and after the workouts. I never thought a day would come that I would actually join a group class for fitness. Alyson and Angela are a dream. Angela encourages me and tells me that I can do it! Running, stairs, planking, etc! Though it's a group class, she stills gives you that one on one feel. She doesn't expect you to do what a triathlon does! You go at your speed, your rate, your fitness interval that she gives you. I am so grateful for Angela and I look forward to continuing to improve my body inside and out with BIF!

Angela Parker is a dream. She is positive, knowledgeable, fun and inspirational.
I just finished my first six week camp and it's been life-changing. I can definitely see results and I feel great. Angela has helped me with the mental roadblocks I create for fitness and has proven to me that I can change with work and dedication.
