Took my car in for an estimate on paint and body work. Two guys sitting the half asleep. Said I called earlier for an estimate, guy said he saw it drive by and looked like a lot of work. Asked for the estimate. Guy comes out with a post-it note and proceeds to say that its going to be at least 15K. I asked again for a written estimate, guy says he cant do one without tearing the car down. Guy proceeds to say that I should take the car down for media blasting, then have it towed to them for an estimate. I have been going to them for years through 4 vehicles and spent thousands. Just over a year ago they installed a radar detector in my brand new 2020 Ram and Maserati. 3 weeks after install on Ram the radar detector went out. I brought it back in because they did a poor job on the connection. They fixed it. 8 months later the same thing happened. So I have been calling them the past 4 days. Not a single call back until I threw a fit. I finally get a manager on the phone who says it has been over a year so it is not under warranty. Said he could get me in and I had to leave car for a 10 min fix

During the warranty fix, I dropped my car off clean, and received it back dirty. Thanks to my car guy Silas for recommending and making the appointment to have my windows tinted at Findlay Customs! Even though my appointment was somehow not on the roster, Matt Heifner didn't even blink. He explained the process, gave me my options, and got me in tout suite. I think I waited an hour for my car to be finished when it could have been all day. Fast and efficient ALWAYS works for me. The whole team was on it! And my windows are flawless. I used to come here to get all my car work done. My last time getting work done was a nightmare. Exhaust on my Jeep they bought the wrong exhaust and looked like little soda cans coming out of the back. They ended up putting the right exhaust on because I had to research and show them. Once they did pipes were not centered and looked awful ended up talking to the manager at the time and he did take care of it and was really nice because he even admitted it was pretty awful. Had rims and tires and 4” lift with exhaust and sidestep with tint done and was very impressed. I wasn’t messing around when I brought my 2021 Chevy Silverado to get these done and Tom was a true Gem!!! My truck was done and better then I’ve ever imagined. Very satisfied with the service received by Findlay Customs on the lift for my Toyota Tacoma. Tom was very helpful, provided great insight. If you want your truck lifted he's the man especially the Yota's. Not pushy at all they go off what you're looking for; look, budget, need etc. I've been driving around a few days now since having my truck lifted. Absolutely love it, quality feels great just like the stock even a little better. Plus I love sitting even higher in my truck overseeing the road. I would definitely recommend and look forward to future projects with these guys

I cannot thank Scott, Service Advisor and the entire team at Findlay Customs. My nearly 90 year old husband purchased a 1997 Ford 7.3 Diesel. A few years earlier, Findlay Customs did a spray in bed liner for a different truck. We called them and other shops in town. Their price was hundreds of dollars less then some of the other quotes. Once that was done they agreed to install the clearance lights on the truck. Life time customer, I have had the pleasure of doing business with Findlay Customs for many years tinting my leased vehicles and referring several customers. When arriving you are greeted properly to a clean shop with employees that are ready to help and offer suggestions if this is your first time or 10th. The lobby is cleaned and additional products like rims and custom vehicle add on services are available. Over the years I have had zero problems with the tint peeling, fading or any other issues. I had just bought my Camry on Saturday at Findlay Toyota, and it was a whole ordeal. I was promised by my sales-person that I would get ceramic tint, and instead they put normal tint. I was quite upset with my sales person, but we did come to an agreement and they paid for my tint to be done by Findlay Customs. And boy, did Findlay Customs do an amazing job!!
Jimmy was so responsive, and he made sure to call and update me about everything and told me the steps of how they'd have to strip the previous tint and how long it would take. He was always quick to get back to my calls and texts and

I had my windows tinted by these guys and they were awesome. They obviously work on higher-end cars but Chris made me feel welcome and was well informed. They took longer than I expected, but it was well worth it's they did awesome. I'm looking to go back there to get some upgrades done on my truck.

I've had quite a few bad experiences with previous wrap shops; however, jimmy and Findlay Customs did a phenomenal job on my Mazda! This grey is awesome and almost sparkles in the light. I'm a stickler for attention to detail (military vet, what can I say), and I struggled to find imperfections with this job.

Took my brand new 2021 Audi S6 to them a few weeks ago to get my windows tinted. A couple of things that I did not like and would keep me away from returning or recommending their services.
1.) I took my car early in the morning They told me they would give me a call once the job was completed. 4P comes around and no call. I call them worries because they close at 5P and they tell me the car was done. Why didn't they call like they said they would?
2.) Main reason why I would never return. I just washed my car for the first time since buying and noticed that they scratched up the door pillar
