I understand that maybe in a pandemic it may take a little longer than expected to get parts shipped to a shop.
2 months is overkill.
I came in because of the fact that I saw the five star reviews specifically from this place saying that they would be able to bring in the parts most likely on time and that they had their car addressed immediately regardless of the situation.
It took them three different delays. They kept giving me the excuse that the pandemic was the reason why they were taking so long even though the reviews said otherwise. These reviews are most likely fake.

Been in Vegas for almost 30 years and this is one of the first body shops that have impressed me. When all other shops were 3 weeks out, they were able to fit me in. Then their time frame was faster than expected during a parts shortage. They got done what other shops couldn't. The best of all is their work. Its better then OEM/from factory. The fitment in the parts replaced blows me mind. Please use this place.

The moment I stepped into the office, I was received with excellent service. The front office manager and all workers were very professional. They turned in my vehicle on time and perfectly repaired. This company has been nothing short of outstanding from the minute I stepped in the door!! This business did an amazing job on my car, and when I went to pick it up, it had been detailed, and it looked like a shiny new penny! Evette was simply amazing from the moment I walked in the door. Right off the bat, she had my car towed from the impound yard to their location and informed me when it was there in case I needed to retrieve any of my personal items.
