Rick left us with a bumper hanging off and is not returning calls. He replaced the bumper on a 2017 Yaris, and it was not done correctly.
I ended up taking the car to a physical shop and haven't had a single problem since.
Rick did not offer any refund and is not standing behind his work. Unfortunately he's just ignoring calls and leaving a customer with a dragging bumper and hundreds of dollars out.

Contacted The Bumper Pros to fix a paint issue on my aluminum boat. Received a very quick response to a quote inquiry through yelp. The repair was scheduled quickly. Rick is extremely professional and prompt. The repair estimate was reasonably priced. Communication was prompt and professional. The paint matched exactly. I called several places and decided to go with Rick because of his great reviews and photos of his flawless work. He is so talented at what he does. What a nice guy as well. He stands behind his work and doesn't bang you over head with his pricing. He comes to you which makes life that much easier. Had a side scrape on the side blade of my Audi and Rick made it look like it never happened! He is a master at his craft! Hands down the best. Check out the before and after. Process was super straight forward. Request a quote by sending pictures (very responsive), then he'll ask for a vin number for proper paint code - this is the most important part to match the color 100%. Lastly, you schedule an appointment for him to go to your place. That was best part, he did everything in my garage and was done the same day. He even came back a week later to wet sand, and polish it to make it look

I highly recommend Bumper Pros! Had a little mishap with the rear bumper of my Tesla. Being Pearl white I wasn't expecting the repair to be perfect. Very content with the holes covered up on my front bumper due to the license plate holder. Looks like new and the holes were never there. Also go rid of a scratch on my back bumper and even defogged my headlights. Waited around for me to get off work to inspect the car. Overall above and beyond service.

What a great job repairing the bumper of my Lexus. I did not want to leave the car for days at a repair shop after severely scratching the lower air dam on a curb and then having the front right side sideswiped.

Rick has gained another loyal customer in me. A couple weeks ago, I contacted Rick about having my front bumper repaired. I texted him very late in the day because I was at work, so it was a pleasant surprise when he replied even after his work hours. I sent him pictures of my car the following day and after he gave me an estimate, I made an appointment with him to get my bumper repaired. Rick is a magic man! I had three deep grooves in the bumper of my new car and Rick restored it to its original perfection. He was professional, friendly, timely and easy to book an appointment with. All I had to do was send him a picture and I received a quote over the phone. I am a working professional and mother who can not afford to drop my car off, and be without it, for an entire day. My 'new' 20 year old convertible had some damage and paint issues when I purchased it, thought I could make a pandemic project out of it... So I ordered some oem-code spray paint online along with some other supplies. Well, you guessed it, I got 3/4 of the way into my patch/refinish job on the front bumper and it was clearly gonna look terrible. Apparently I can't sand, and these spray cans were just horrible. Richard is nothing short of amazing ! I was not paying attention and hit a curb with my 2019 Alfa Romeo.. I seriously called Richard in tears and he assured me he could help and make my car look new again..
Not only did he make my car look new again but is just all around amazing in his work . After he finished my bumper my husbands 2018 Mustang was up next. Again, Richard did an amazing job fixing his bumper and making new again.
