Completely satisfied with the professionalism and service Steve is true customer service oriented person and it shows. My wife was upset when our car 2019 Honda CRV was rear ended but after the work they did you could never tell. He also works with his dad who wouldn't want to work with their dad. I had a huge dent on my drivers side door and some damage to my side view mirror. Steve explained to me the cheapest way it could get fixed which was by using a used door and just repairing the mirror. Took less than a week to get done and looks brand new. With body shops, there's always the chance that little accidents happen because there is so much equipment being used. I noticed the tiniest ding to my window tint and Steve got it taken care of for me right away, no questions asked. I would definitely come back here if I need another repair!

Had some small damage to a fender on my car. Asked them to replace the fender and do some vehicle upgrades. They had the car for a week. When it was all said and done, they did a great job. Paint match is perfect, clear bra was replaced perfectly. Great job! Will be using VIP again for some specialty work.

My sister's passenger side mirror was hanging by one wire. And her passenger side paint was scraped. We were very satisfied with the results and especially to Steve who gave the best customer service. He was polite, patient and professional. The car was ready on the day they said it would be. A few months ago I was rear ended at a stop light and had to get my car repaired, I was very particular on where I was can I get my car fixed because I used to do bodywork myself in the past.

I brought my car RAV4 to VIP Collision to fix the front right side of the bumper, driver side door and the windshield and when I picked it up, I was so pleasantly surprised that my RAV4 looks brand new. Was in an accident. Opened my car door into traffic. Door was completely bent back. Took my wreck to VIP Collision on a recommendation from a friend. Steve's professionals did an outstanding repair for me. I had the entire rear bumper cover on my 2016 Sonata replaced and it looks like new. Paint was a perfect match! These guys did a great job on my Honda Odyssey a while back when I was rear-ended. They got it done super fast and waited for me to take my car up when I got off of work. the first time they gave it to me I thought the color was a little bit off but they said no problem they took it back one extra day and it was perfect! Can't say enough about this place. Steve is great to work with and the customer service, no matter who you talk to, is always superb. I've been here multiple times (my wife likes to hit stuff), and every time the vehicle turns out great. I brought my car in for some minor body damage. I did get another estimate that was slightly lower but Steve explained that they missed a few important details that needed to be fixed. He is so honest and knowledgeable I didn't want to use the other body shop anyway.
I dropped my car off on a Monday and he said it would be done by Friday. Steve kept me updated on the repair and even texted me pictures of what they had found. They had my car done
