Very overpriced, the haircut was a disaster. stylist was a very inexperienced hair cutter. I did not see all the uneven layers and the texturing mess she made. she hid in the blow dry. did not see it until I washed it. Had to go somewhere else get it fix . The found layers on one side and on the other side 1/2 shorter then the other side.the texturing looked like a 5 yr old did it. have to get a couple more haircuts to fix it. More money it cost me. What made me mad
was they told me on the phone since I had to wait for the hair coloring. They would give me a conditioning treatment freem. Theyadded

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience here. I went for an eyebrow waxing for a high stakes event, my bridal shower. The lady doing it, burned me. I had a burn mark on the top on my eye. My brows just did not look finished. I can't speak on their actual hair salon quality, as I will not be returning to them for any more services.

I used Studio 305 for my wedding day and the treatment was amazing. The owner(s)even got us treats for the day of and made special accommodations for my friends and I.
Jen is amazing with makeup and Brooke provided me with curls that lasted the entire day. I remember vividly Brooke giving me an extra pep talk because my day started out a tad rocky, she is a doll. Everyone was/is so kind and professional! I recommend them for any bride :)

So I have to update my review based on their excellent customer service and the great service I have received in the past. When I got home from work today I received an apology letter in the mail along with a $50.00 gift card! That is some of the best customer service I've ever seen! This shows me that they do care about their customers and I will definitely give them another chance. Thank you, Studio 305!
