If your looking for a great place, central location, friendly staff and awesome floorplans. Then this is where you need to be! Great place= nice sized apartments, Central location= eating, shopping areas close by, Friendly staff= on top of their game, quick to fix and manager is friendly and to the point. Lived in this community for 2 years. It’s centrally located with easy access to area businesses. Although an older community, the apartments were well maintained and the property taken care of. I loved the grass and huge trees on the property. Neighbors are a gamble in any complex but I had great neighbors. Management was attentive to having maintenance issues resolved quickly and was engaged in the community hosting events many times. The plus was they made a point to know their residents and greeted you by name. There was even on site security which made me safe knowing they lived on property

I was looking for a place in Waco, and found this place. Walked in and I was greeted by Christi. She was super nice, showed me the different layouts and pricing. She showed me around the property, the pool, the club house and their model apartment. I really enjoyed my visit and will be keeping this on my too list! Thanks Christi!

If you think you are moving here for a pool! Go elsewhere. It’s almost NEVER OPEN! The stove tops don’t work right…if you want high heat expect it For a couple of minutes. Everytime they say it’s fixed it isn’t.
I was so excited to move here. Now I’m just waiting til my lease is up. Dead bolt on pool. It has been there for almost a week office blames it on the pool guy… I’m calling BS
