I hate having my own place to stay at glen oaks apartments i hate this place i hate that place so i pick city heights magnolia place apartment dale street new Iberia Louisiana 1001 for me to have my own place to stay way more better than glen oaks apartments so that way i can stay having alot of fun living and staying by Walmart super 1 and all the rest of alot of them stores across them streets because i would never ever kill anybody

The apartment has constant repairs especially water maintenance. So you can't flush the toilet. Imagine the nightmare if you are living with a roommate. Also they say the water will be available at certain time but it doesn't.
There is always something broken - electricity, a/c, etc.
Besides that neighbors are loud, they smoke weed, smoke outside, the floors are bad and you can hear everything.
Neighbourhood is ghetto and that's the type of people you get. Cars wheels get stolen. Your packages get stolen. Overall a bad place to live. Oh and the management does nothing if you place

The apartments are fine except they have someone stealing packages. I'm pretty sure it's kids because they are always hanging in the hallway. The rental office can send emails and letters out about everything else except this matter. I had tags delivered today and they were stolen. I called up to the rental office and was told I can get my… packages delivered to the rental office but because the car is not registered at that address they would not deliver them there. This is the 5th time my package has been stolen. Usually it's hiding downstairs opened in the stairway. This time it was not
