Services
Pets are enjoying longer life spans than ever before partly because of better nutrition, medications, vaccines and advances in medicine and surgery. Regular check ups are a vital component to your pets well being. Annual pet exams help establish a baseline for your pet's weight, temperature, heart and respiratory rates and many other things.
Pam from Napanoch NY and has been a veterinary technician since 1980. She feels the time has just flown right by. She loves the job and the people she works with. She could not imagine doing anything else. The pets and the people make it all worth the while for her and the greatest feeling is when pets are feeling better.
Comeau and Timbas and the staff at QCAH have been my vets for almost 13 years. Although I could go on and on about their expertise, professionalism, and the caring way they treat my two Standard Poodles, I think the most significant testimonial is that both Penny and Sterling LOVE going to the office.
Pets age much faster than people. Our pets have unique needs that may require additional care to keep them comfortable. Many diseases mask themselves in subtle ways that may make it appear that it is just getting old. A geriatric age is different for cats and dogs. It also varies by breed and size of dog.
Halitosis or bad breath is one of the most common results of gingivitis and periodontal disease. Periodontal disease is a number one cause of infectious disease in pets. It affects all the supporting structures of the teeth. Bacteria and salivary proteins stick to the surface of the tooth and form a biofilm that is the beginning of tartar build up on the teeth.

My dog gets just as excited when I say want to go to the vet as he does when I say want to go for a walk. Wait he gets that excited when I say want to .....anything. Queen City Animal Hospital is Fantastic. We have been going there for few years. Always straight forward and professional. The whole staff seems to genuinely care about both our cat and dog. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability
I had a horrible experience over the phone with Pam. Seemed very uncaring wouldn't even allow me to speak with Vet when available it was a flat out not getting in and not speaking with the Vet. When your animal is in pain what good is having a Vet if you cannot get them in or even speak to the Vet.

My dogs get so excited when they know they're going to daycare to play with the other dogs. The only place I would trust leaving my dogs overnight . The staff is really great with the dogs and they really seem to like their job. ( sorry this post was supposed to be...The Barking Dog Daycare and grooming. not Queen City Animal Hospital.

I've been bringing my pets here for about ten years and I've only had positive experiences. Dr. Comeau and his staff are caring, professional, and thorough. When some hard decisions have had to be made, Dr. Comeau has provided me with realistic and practical insight which is hard to find elsewhere. I'd recommend Queen City Animal Hospital to all my friends and family.

I had been looking for a new vet for my cats after having moved from up North. Everyone I spoke with including the vet was very kind, sweet and patient despite my cat being all over the place. The vet was knowledgeable, funny and down to earth. The bill was also lower than any veterinary clinic I've brought my animals too before. So happy I found them!

Best Doctor in the world to take you furry loved ones to; the staff is just as awesome! My dog, Lucky, can't wait to go there! Costs are always explained and very reasonable. And they check up on us after our visit. 5 stars by far!!

Queen City Animal Hospital provides exceptional care at fair prices. I just got my French bulldog neutered and other vets were quoting me triple what QCAH charged. I heard of them when my neighbor recommended them because they really know how to care for the bulldog breed.

Winston is my first bulldog so I have heard horror stories about anesthesia and their reactions to it. The vet techs really put me at ease and took the BEST care of him. He is healing great and the stitches are exceptional and clean.

Coming here is well worth the trip from Merrimack for incredible care and prices. Wouldn&apos

My dog Riley loves it here. He can't wait to come in for a check up. All the women in the office love him. Dr. Comeau is amazing with Riley. He lets me ask basic questions for a first time doggie mommy that I never feel inadequate. I am always told how much upfront a procedure will be and they always give me options on payments. Riley is 7 1/2 yes old and has been coming here since 9 weeks old. I used to have a cat who passes away and they were wonderful taking care of that hard time. I highly recommend this Vet and the caring staff that is loved by not only Riley but me too.

This group is amazing, so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My cat is an absolute HORRIBLE patient, but they handled him with care and expertise. I am confident with the diagnoses and the treatment plan to take my horrible patient back to the sweet cat he is. Thank you!

Having been to several vets in NH Queen City is hands down the best. this office is exceptional. I have two pets - Cat and Dog. Both pets are seniors and both have medical issues. The care and compassion for my animals is second to none and the support and knowledge of the whole staff is much appreciated. Pricing is also upfront and clear to understand which is helpful and refreshing.

Couldn't ask for a better group of people. Dr. Comeau is caring, warm and understanding. His focus is the care and welfare of the animal but also cares about the pets parents too! Been going for almost 10 years. He will be my vet till he retires....I love you guys.

I have used Queen City Animal Hospital since 2004. I have found tge staff to be very caring about all my dogs. Both Dr Coumeau and Dr Timbas are knowledgable about Pugs, which is very important. The entire staff loves the animals that come in for visits. Anytime my pug has been ill, they have always called to check on him while he has been given medication or special food. I would no take my pug anywhere else.
