Moved in last year, when Cynthia was the manager. Loved how easily accessible she was despite all the COVID restrictions, she would always call back, email, or text back. Ever since she left this place is falling apart. You can never get ahold of management, there’s never anyone in the office, calls go straight to voicemail, and if you catch one of the ladies that come to the office once in a while for an ax filter for example or to ask any questions they give you a stink face because you’re obviously bothering them. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! THE FRONT OFFICE DOES NOT DO THEIR JOB!!!! You will live with roaches, construction issues, leaks, water damaged ceilings, your place WILL NOT BE CLEAN when you move in, and they will pass the blame around 24/7 before they do anything to correct their lazy land lord. If you want a headache 365 days a year, then welcome to hell. You've found the 7th circle.

Extremely unprofessional, have tried to view the apartment on multiple occasions and nobody is ever here. Just called today at 2pm hours were 10-6pm the lady said she was still there, we show up 5 mins later (live right down the street) and they're closed. No longer interested in living here if this is how the management runs things.

DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL TRY TO BREAK YOU WHEN U MOVE OUT.THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY WE OWE THEM AFTER MY WIFE AND I CLEANED AND TOUCHED UP NAIL HOLES.WE LIVED THERE FOR 1 YEAR AND ALREADY THEY SAID THEY ESTIMATE !800 FIXING UP THE PLACE AND MANAGER SAID WE HAD DONE GREAT AND IT WOULD ONLY RUN US ABOUT 350 OUT OF DEPOSIT AND NOW WE OWE THEM SOME HOW SMH
