Nice place. BUT…
The garbage and recycling system is not done right. Scheduled pick ups don’t do a good job always leaving cans in my recycling bag and spilling things. Instead of taking your own garbage out, you have to set it outside almost daily.
The amenities are always closed or have to be reserved during the day, when everyone’s at work anyway. Yet the rent kept rising. They restrict use under the guise of COVID.
Management always on top of any slight rule violations.
Skip this new age apartment complex and get yourself a house or condo. NOTHING SPECIAL AND EXTREMELY OVERPRICED

I love it here. But there is a problem of noise.
They moved some noisy people in below us. Either they are exceptionally loud, or the sound proofing in these apartments is just non-existent between floors. I don’t hear any of my other neighbors. But from the floor below, I hear snoring at night, stomping, yelling, talking, slamming, screaming, pounding, and running during the day. Chaos. My apartment will physically shake from things going on below us. They also have a dog, so we hear barking as well. I feel bad for the people who live below them, I doubt they get any peace & quiet at all.

After living here for 4 months I feel I can give a review. We LOVE it here. The apartment is spacious and quiet. I never hear my neighbors and I have some above and some to both sides. The next door neighbors have small kids and we never hear them at all. Kitchen cabinets and wood flooring aren’t the best quality but it reflects the price. We have AC! And a good chunks of grass behind us for my kids to play. Management has always been very attentive and helpful. Love our built in shelves. Also in love with our pool and all the huge grass fields. This is such a great place to live!

Pros: Beautiful property within a gated area. Love the fireplace/heater in the living room. Nice counter tops. Friendly staff. Out of the city. A new shopping center was built with a Rosauer's grocery store, Starbucks, nail salon, tap house, among others.
Cons: Cabinets, fridge, and dishwasher are low grade (which is to somewhat be expected in a rental situation). It is really hard to get a hold of the front office. E-mails are sporadic of when they are replied to. Rarely do I get an answer when calling, and it goes to an Acero call center instead. The ground by my patio and a large part of the

Highly Recommend this place! The incentives are great when you sign up and The staff are awesome! Any issues we’ve had, they took care of it right away! Obviously it’s not a perfect world and things will come up but the way management has helped, makes a huge difference!
The whole brand new apartment complex has a very “homey” feeling to it. Away from the busy city, has a grocery store right next door which is very convenient!
If your looking for a new place to move in to, this is the place! I recommend this place to anyone!

Taylor was tremendous is helping me select and reserve my apartment. She is always professional, informative, thoughtful, courteous and she is a wealth of knowledge!! She made the process easier than I could have expected. The amenities are excellent, landscaping is pleasing, very quiet and peaceful. A new park and some shopping is going in next door with great access to new vendors. Excited to be living here!!

Sorry but I have to agree with Jay Brown. This place is a rip off. They raised my rent over $ 100.00 dollars, with no explanation. The materials used are very cheap. Constant noise. It's great that they allow pet's, but many residents don't follow the rules and let their dog's run off leash, won't clean up after them and the management here doesn't notice or seem to care.
But they sure want their money. Please don't lose your key fob. That's another $ 75.00 dollars. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I wouldn't have even given a 1-Star. The complex is unfinished and as such there's constant noise from the daily construction going on. The leasing staff made no mention of the added $25 for trash nor the $35 for water and sewage. The units are constructed with the absolute cheapest of materials. The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors using the toilet. Ridgefield is a nice clean City, but this place isn't worth roughly $1,700 a month. $1,480 for rent. $25 for trash $35 for sewage. $20 for insurance. $60 for internet. $40 for electric. & $20 for gas.
