Party & Sushi

Party and sushi were perfect for our small 35 person wedding! All of our guests were WOWed with having live sushi chefs. Not only was all of the food delicious, there were plenty of non-sushi items for our older guests and guests with allergies. Highly recommend! Use them!!

Vince and team bring an energy and excitement unmatched. Very good friends hosted a super intimate birthday celebration and we were treated to a delightful, ultra satisfying sushi experience.

The spread was abundant, flavors spectacular, and the event remained vibrant. I personally enjoy hand rolls and these guys dutifully delivered.

Vince and his crew came to host a sushi party at our house. I am a HUGE sushi fan, and this was by far the best quality fish I have ever had! He had a great variety of rolls, sushi, sashimi, tempura, and more! Everything was so fresh and delicious. On top of that, the presentation was gorgeous! Vince was fun, energetic, and ready to party! He pumped up the guests and was happy to make rolls by special request to anyone that asked. Really an excellent experience all around. I would recommend Party and Sushi to anyone who is looking for a high quality fun sushi caterer!

My wife and I were invited to a family friends at-home sushi party. I didn't have the highest expectations but I couldn't have been more surprised. It was so good. Super delicious, not fishy! And they guy was really funny and friendly too. I completely recommend 100%!

I've used Vince and Party Sushi for several big parties (75+) and I was always impressed with the food, variety and service. Last night we had a more intimate crowd of 15 (blame Covid) and I couldn't be more thrilled with the way it turned out. Even for such a small group, Vince was able to wow us with a fantastic selection of sushi, sashimi, rolls, tempura and countless special requests, all delicious. My guests were blown away. They loved all of the food and Vince is always a delight. Can't wait to do it again.

I worked with Isaiah and his great team last weekend to cater my 40th bday party. The food, service and professionalism were all outstanding. We customized a tapas menu to serve our 50 guests, and the feedback received by everyone all night long was just fantastic. The short rib sliders were amazing. From beginning to end, I had confidence in this team and would highly recommend them for private functions. I'll also begin to use them for corporate events too. Just can't go wrong with Party and Sushi Catering.

This is a great business for a business meeting or any other occasion. The guys were very nice and professional, they set up, prepared the beautiful presentation and food was wonderful.

The sushi was fresh and there was so much variety. Everyone really loved it. Vincent and his chefs were very efficient. They came early and set everything up and cleaned up afterwards. The staff is very friendly and they will respond very quickly as well. I really recommend using them if you have any sushi catering needs.

Vincent and his team are phenomenal. They will purchase your fresh fish from the market early morning and effortlessly prepare it right in front of you, fabricating a top notch sushi restaurant atmopshere. We had so much fun as they made-to-order all types of rolls, fried vegatable/shrimp tempura (w/ small portable fryer) and sashimi. Everyone at our photo shoot was impressed, including the celebrity and client. And on top of that, Vincent and his team are extremely talented and entertaining. Great for house parties/warmings, trunk shows and receptions.

Oh my gosh! Where to begin...I hired Party and Sushi for my recent Christmas Party and they were absolutely incredible. The best selection, the freshest fish, the most original creations of sushi, sashimi, even poke! Vince and Kenny amazed my guests with their knowledge and ability, not to mention that they were so much fun! They absolutely MADE the party. My friends and guests couldn't stop raving about the service, selection, and taste, and many of them consider themselves to be sushi connoisseurs. Believe me, these guys are the absolute best hands down for your next party

Came to a party that the catered and the three guys worked tirelessly filling the sushi boats and taking special orders. The fish was fresh and the selection good and everyone left happy and sated.

They also brought seaweed salad and all manner of sauces. What a great company!

From the moment Vince and his Sushi Chefs arrived it was like watching a performance unfold and reach its climax. My guest enjoyed watching the chefs create their master pieces with such flare, enthusiasm, all while entertaining with excitement and humor. The guests were drawn into the performance. Then came the finale that wouldn't end, a cascading waterfall of endless rainbow of creativity and artistry of Sushi and Sashimi. The Sushi display was a masterpiece
