WE’RE STILL IN A PANDEMIC & IF YOU’D PAY ATTENTION YOU’D KNOW THE DMV IS 4-5 MONTHS BEHIND SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS… DUHHHHH!!! I have personalized plates & am turning them in on my scheduled appointment in March & getting regular plates to save money!! Therefore I HAD to make an appointment!!! Guess what?? That’s the soonest opening!!!! They don’t do those types of transactions at the kiosk

This towing company gets zero stars. Their customer service is horrible, all the employees are rude. They go through the neighborhood looking for cars in possible violation (owners parked in visitor parking and visitors parked in owners spots) and secretly tow your car. Meaning they turn all headlight off and are told to come up from the opposite street you live so you don't see that your car is being towed. Then they go and hide while they fill the paperwork out of your car that they just towed. They wrongfully towed my car for the SECOND time now and do nothing to help fix the situation

Apparently reading is too hard for these people. They keep tagging cars with current plates as abandoned. Called in and they told me it was my fault for having my car dirty. Like the cleanliness of my vehicle is their business. Maybe if they learned to read they would see all the info is current and they have no reason to tag them. Somehow it’s my fault though that they can’t do their job appropriately.

Although I don't agree with the ridiculous reason they towed my car then charged me $300.00 to get it back. I'm on disability and my mom (who owns the car) is 88 with COPD & DEMENTIA! Taking our money crushed us, for a small oil leak!

If I could give this company negative stars I would because that's how awful they are. Any reviews that are positive are from people who actually called for their services, which you can clearly tell by the reviews isn't often. This company has the most inconsiderate employees. Now I understand tow truck workers aren't normally the most caring people to begin with. However, they don't even take logic and reasoning into consideration before inconveniencing people. I had someone parked in my spot in an apartment complex area, I called the code blue towing co. and the guy over the phone was okay at first. He did mention that his guys were tied up at the moment which I was okay with but they wouldn't be able to take the car out of my covered spot until morning. I didn't get more information about when exactly or where the car was exactly located in the apartment complex area cause our area was a maze. This place must be a poor company. They have the smallest rinky dink lot I've ever seen. The guy with the dred locks just looks at you as if you were speaking Chinese to him. I don't even know if he speaks English. He couldn't count and had a nasty attitude as if HIS car was towed illegally. There was no sticker or anything saying I could not park here. They just took the car, illegally, might I add. They have 2 different numbers that all go back to a 424 number. Kinda shifty if you ask me. BBB please send help.

If unprofessional, rude, and conniving was a company it would be this company. Did not answer their phone for over 12 hours, has the incorrect address listed on their website and Google account (it's 1933 Western Ave, btw), and refused to give me my car because of an employees brushed ego. Also, broke my mirror and blamed the wind. Mind you, they illegally towed my car and I had to pay $314 to get it out plus they added an extra $80 for picking it up on a Sunday. The employee locked the doors and left me waiting outside their business for over 2 hours and because I needed my car I had no choice

CORRUPT AND RUDE!!!!! Extremely unprofessional and your typical Vegas money hungry towing company. Meant to post this sooner but better late then never. They drive around looking for ways to sticker and tow! Dealing with Douglass was a nightmare and when I got my car back there was a dent on the drivers side door along a missing Swarovski crystal necklace that hung from my rear view mirror. Worst experience ever dealing with that company. Would give zero stars if I could!

I was moving and loading my car in front of my condo starting at 6 am. I had been loading and making trips all day and all night. I left my car for 20 minutes bagging up the last of what I needed before going to the hotel at 10pm and they towed my car. The driver said he never saw me loading my car and I should have left my front door open or my car doors open. Hmmm I don't think criminals would ever grab stuff out of an open vehicle... And I have a pet so I can't leave the door open. They are predators and they knowingly took my car while I was moving. 3 hrs and $365 to get my car and

This business uses predatory towing practices. Our car was towed out of our complex (townhomes). We were parked NEXT TO a Van Accessible parking space. The adjacent spot was not marked with lines nor was there a sign to clearly indicate that parking was prohibited as required by Nevada Revised Statute 484B.467, Section 3. There is a Civil Law Self-Help Center at the Regional Justice Center - 1st Floor. Cases will be decided on an expedited bases per law. This predatory practice is a way to extort people for money.
