Unprofessional thieves! Be careful! They will tow ur car in exactly 30 mins! The white dude is so rude and racist! Do not do business with this messed up towing company or should I say LV Quik THIEVES! Haha but honestly they towed my car in exactly 30 mins and I picked it up super quick about 2 hours and they charged me $350 like really! They are desperate and on it. Be careful where you actually parked! Damm you thieves!! Pay back is a b****!!

Unethical and shady. They are preying on the First Friday crowd. We parked at Jack in the Box to eat. After that we walked down the street to see what was going on. These thugs towed our car in under thirty minutes. They have a deal with Jack in the Box to tow cars whenever the lot fills up. Bad people!

We got stuck on the side of the road due to car Overheating. Called and spoke to Dani who answered right away. She was quick to give us a quote and very informative. Driver called in 45 minutes to let us know he was 15 minutes away! Wait time for others were 2+ hours. Thank you!

My trailer was towed from its correct location when I was out of town. When I came back I noticed my trailer was not in its same spot. Joey from LV QUIK TOW assisted me and gave me all the necessary information I needed to pick up my trailer the following day. When I arrived at the shop Dani was working the front desk and this lady was rude as hell. She called me several derogatory names would not answer my questions and when I asked for a copy of my receipt she stated she did not have to give me one showing my transactions and to check my bank account. I waited 2.5hrs for them to locate my trailer

In my opinion this company needs to be shut down by the city. Please make sure you file a police report for illegal towing and also contact the better business bureau. It's not about the petty $325. It's about honesty and and integrity. I'm willing to spend 10x that just to make sure it doesn't continue. It's a company that is just stealing and taking advantage of people. Drivers beware!

They lied to me, charged me $100 to tow my car 6miles to work on Saturday told me I could call back in couple days they would tow my car to Toyota on Monday because I was working Saturday night and opening Sunday morning and the dealership is CLOSED !! They wanted to charge me another $94!!! So unprofessional!!! They will take your money and tell you want you want to hear!

I had my car parked at my residents overflow guest parking which i move everyday to make room for my lifted truck that doesn't fit in my garage. Tonight my car was towed out of the parking stall because they claimed the car never moved in 72 hours. Just because they see my car in that particular stall everyday, doesn't mean it dont move! We are already dealing with this Covid 19 BS and this tow company feels the need to put regular working class people in harder positions. I spoke with a supervisor and believe me when i say they dont give a crap about anyone. Sad business.

At 10pm who likes to hear: "mom my car was towed ". I was expecting the worst. I saw the reality show of a towing company that made reclaiming your car THE most miserable experience if ALL the papers were not presented.
She called, I called to verify what paperwork to bring down. Told the same each time. No shadiness. Still I brought EVERYTHING!
The young fellow was SO helpful! He made the process quick and simple. I thanked him for his great customer service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
There's no reason to bash this service when reclaiming your vehicle.
