Critical: Professionalism
Almost ran off the road by the tow truck driver. Honked the horn but he couldnt hear as he has ear buds in his ears. Also proceeded down a residential 35MPH zone going 60MPH. Driving around town like a mad man and someones going to get hurt with this poorly managed company. Tried calling to let them know but phone just keeps ringing.

Inconsistent pricing on the tow. Was quoted $40 from the first guy I talked to. Then, some other guy called and said it would be $60. He didn’t even say that he was with the towing company, so I had no clue why this seemingly random guy was calling me. Anyways, when he dropped us off at the shop, he said that it would be $75 for the tow. Funny how the price just kept going up... anyways, I only ended up paying $60 for the tow in the end. Shady people... avoid if you can.

The owner, Gary, picked me up promptly after calling. He was amazing as he managed to get my car out of the cramped hotel garage. The truck was brand new, clean, and state of the art. I was able to charge my phone on the way to the shop. Then, after he dropped my car at the shop Gary drove me home. He was polite, friendly, and professional. But if that wasn't enough! I left my phone in the truck and brought it back straight away.
