Buyer beware, I built a welding table to be transported to my house from a friends workshop that was about 1000 pounds and when I called this company they were very short with me on the phone and wanted $200. I hung up and called my friend that owns a local automotive shop and got the same exact deal for $80. These smart guys are obviously gouging people I wouldn't waste your money or time on them.

I stupidly locked my keys in my car this week, and Express Towing came to the rescue!
He arrived within 30 minutes of my call and got to work. My car has some issues with the locking system, but he persisted and I was reunited with my keys in no time.
I would highly recommend Express Towing for any sort of roadside emergency!

Express Towing was contracted for roadside assistance to jump a dead battery at a home address. Even with the exact address and cross streets, they could not "find" us and when their call was not immediately answered but instead returned, within two minutes of the call- the job was already cancelled. We were told that they had already moved onto the next job and we would have to wait another 45 minutes for help. NICE!

Great service! My car had to be towed today. I called AAA and was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait so I called Express Towing and was told an hour or so wait. I got a call back shortly after letting me know there was a cancellation so he could be there in 20 mins. Very prompt! I don't think I even waited 20 mins. He loaded my car up and even helped my husband push my car into the garage. So thankful for Express Towing! Definitely recommended! Also, price was very fair!

Gary did an amazing job today! My car wouldn't shift gears because the transmission shift cable came undone. I told him that I was on a strict schedule today and he ended up fixing the cable problem himself! Talk about customer service! He knew towing the car to the repair shop would take longer than the time I had, so he did what needed to be done to help me. Can't recommend Gary's service enough!

-5 stars. They were contacted by my roadside aid and didn't even show up. Me and my friend were stuck waiting for 3 hours. When both us or the roadside assist tried to call and see where the driver was no one answered. Why are you even in business?! I ended up having another service called for me and they got there in less than 30 minutes. This company is unacceptable and I will make it a point to never give them any business.

Fast, friendly, efficient! They said it would be 45 minutes for a tow, but I explained we were stuck in the middle of the road. He said he'd to his best to be there sooner, and he was. 30 minutes later he was towing the car. He was nice and quick. And, the price was lower than I expected it would be. Very happy with my experience.

Gary took a painful moment and turned it completely around. I will be forever grateful to him. He is a busy man but worth the wait! You do not want your car dragged down the freeway- no you want it up in a flat bed- safe. Gary was kind, professional and extended 5 star service . My husband and I were in a stalled vehicle in torrential rain today (thanks to the guy driving the other direction who sent a wave of water over my hood and fried the main fuse of my vehicle). We waited for 3 hours for Ewing Towing (supposed to be 60-90 minutes) and all we got was the run around and terrible attitude from employees. Really bad. Don't ever use Ewing even though they are referenced by Metro Police.
My husband called Express Towing and the gentleman said where he was located and that it would be 25 minutes. He showed up in about 15. Fast and very nice. He helped my husband

So I got a flat tire. The person with me tried to change my tire, but my jack wouldn't go up high enough. So I had to call a company to change my tire. I called several places, I couldn't believe that some of these places wouldn't come and change my tire. So as I went down the yelp towing companies and finally found Express Towing. It didn't take him too long to get to me. So I was pretty happy about that. He came and changed it. My only gripe is after he changed my tire, he took his time putting all his stuff away! I got stranded on the freeway I called express towing the guy was very polite on the phone and arrived at a time he promised very professional and kind towed my car to where I needed to go at a very reasonable price I hope I'll never need to tow my car again but if I do I'll make sure I'll use them again

Didnt use this service, I call in advance for estimates, and wanted to charge $95 from one side of the Interstate 15 to the other, guy who answer the phone, said I was on the other side of town, it seems to me a not too funny joke, therefore I pass, I recommend calling first to find the prices, lower price includes been on the same side of town and the first 5 miles only, call first!

If I could give Express Towing 10 stars, I would. Gary accommodated our need for a tow service same day within 2 hours after I called. He came on time. Very professional. If you need any towing services, I highly recommend Express Towing's service. The price is reasonable. Easy, no hassle. By far the best prices for towing on this side of the valley. I called 6 different tow companies and not one even came close to the express towing prices. Very professional over the phone. I setup my tow for a few hours after the phone call and the driver showed up 10 minutes before. Driver was very knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. I've used a few other tow companies in the past but will make sure express towing is in my phone anytime I need a tow! Yall were great and make a stressful situation smooth and easy. Thanks!

I needed a flatbed due to having a sport suspension on my car making it lower than stock. I called my roadside assistance and the incompetent dispatchers (AT&T) had a regular tow truck show up which wasn't going to work. Long story short, Gary showed up and had my car on the back of his flatbed in a matter of a few minutes taking great care not to have my car bottom out.

Called Express and talked to a very friendly fellow who told me they had a $45 flat rate for the jump, or the tow back home would be about twice that, both were very reasonable for the service. The kicker was that they'd try the jump and if it didn't work, they'd just charge us for the tow, which was *amazingly* appreciated.
They were prompt in their arrival and got us all squared away, as it turned out
