Impact Training and Fitness is at the forefront of athletic performance enhancement and fitness training. Keith Scott is the founder and owner of Impact Training and Fitness LLC, a facility that is located in Tucson, Arizona. For over 20 years, Keith has been a highly sought-after coach and therapist for athletes and non-athletes alike.

Impact Training and Fitness's Post Physical Therapy "Bridge" program will help any athlete or active individual transition directly from physical therapy back into fitness or sports performance, while at the same time preventing future injuries.

Our program essentially "Bridges The Gap" from the time you graduate from Physical Therapy and prepares the individual with ALL of the physical (and mental) tools to make a 100%, full comeback to the athletic arena, gym, or any other physical pursuit.
First of all, H.I.T. is NOT a boot camp. Let's face it, boot camps are boring. Besides, everyone these days has a "boot camp." HIT is the anti-boot camp, meaning that at Impact Training, our HIT sessions use the most innovative, cutting edge training tools, techniques, and exercises to get fast results.
You know that feeling when you are exhausted, beaten up, and that other guy runs right by you.and there is nothing you can do about it? You remember how it feels to be out ran, out worked, and out powered by other teammates, and opposing players? Do you know how it feels to be weaker than your opponents, and get pushed around on the court, mat or field?
We focus on WRESTLING Specific Training Methods that are based on cutting edge training principles, as well as an Old-School Training approach! With over 25 years of hands on experience, working directly with wrestlers, our training methods are extremely successful and always get the job done! Cutting edge training techniques that will improve the wrestlers "on the mat" explosiveness, from the neutral, top and bottom positions.
You let us know what you have and we will build the program around your specific situation. Staying in the "middle" might be the safe call, but it won't get you where you want to go. People that live in the middle are always "comfortable, " but usually not always happy. People that leave their comfort zone on a regular basis, grow more, achieve more and at the end of the day, are happy more.

Keith is an outstanding trainer, great motivator, friendly guy, and legendary teller of Dad jokes. I've been a runner for decades, and have always avoided gyms due to a distaste for 'meathead' environments and a lack of familiarity with weight training. I used to work with Keith, years ago, and when he opened Impact I decided that it was time to get over the latter, trusting that he would not run a place that fostered the former.
The classes are great; the atmosphere is welcoming and positive to all types; and Keith's direction for both exercise and nutrition are top-notch. I've put on 12 pounds

I'm 58 years old and LOVE working out at Impact Fitness and Training! I work out with the nicest group of people that are at all different ages, different stages, and all encourage each other. I haven't felt this good (physically) since I was in my 30s! Thanks Keith Scott for moving back to Tucson. It's great to have you as my trainer!

Keith is the best trainer in the industry. He makes the classes fun but holds us to a higher value at the same time. He is highly motivating. You're in and out in an hour and feel your workouts more than anything. The results are amazing!! I highly recommend you leave that machine type gym scenario and give this place a try! We are all pretty awesome to work out with!!

This place is awesome! My kids have been training with Keith for couple months now and I've seen huge improvements, which has got me in to going here also always look forward to going. Very clean facility with a bunch of friendly and motivating people. Keith really knows his stuff! Hit classes and strength classes are great workouts always go home feeling accomplished and feeling better about myself.

Best training facility in Tucson. Great group workouts for adults and the premier place for sports performance training in the area. Keith is not your average “big box gym” trainer. For years Keith Scott has been one of the best trainers in the country. Impact was previously was a very successful training facility on the East Coast that helped many athletes young and old achieve their dreams in both College and Professional sports. We are now lucky in the Southwest he has returned to Tucson to bring his world-class training to the Old Pueblo!
The training methods Impact employs are all science based and results driven. Training is never reckless and exercises employed are not done without a clear picture of what the end goal is for the session at hand, and in turn, the end

I love this place!!! I have always been intimidated by weights and classes at regular gyms mostly because I didn’t have any direction and didn’t want to pay a ton of fees for personal trainers that didn’t even seem like they took care of themselves. Keith is amazing! He has so much knowledge and is so patient. It doesn’t matter if your an athlete already just looking to improve or a first timer, he takes the time to assess each individual needs and makes adjustments as necessary. The hit class is so much fun and such a great positive environment! People of all shapes, sizes and abilities
