Do Not rent or buy property from TD Sunshine Property, there are the worst management! I am still waiting on my refund deposit from Jun 27,2021 and yet haven't received any check by mail!
1).They never sent a certified letter regarding about my deposit by mail to the address that I provided- THAT'S BY LAW!
2).I was told refund of deposit will be returned after 45 day when left from the property, THAT'S WRONG BY LAW YOU HAVE 30 DAY'S TO RETURNED TENANT DEPOSIT BACK!. THAT'S BY LAW
3). People who are responsible for this is DIANA & MELISSA

This is the worst management company.I have lost 2 tenets because they have not followed the rules in the approval process. They never call back or email.The only way i was able to talk to someone was by driving 2 hours to knock on there door and the lies and excuses were so unacceptable.I pay my HOA every month early and these people can not even get back to you.Do your self a favor do not hire them.I was dealing with Omar and every 2 min there was a different story,now once again wont call back.I also CC the main email this whole time too and no response. In a time like this for someone to hurt

Like 90% of property management companies and their illustrious employees, TD Sunshine ranks up there with the worst! Most are like car salespeople - Again, I am not saying ALL property management companies and their Employees.
We hired TD Sunshine and it was a total disaster;
1) They rarely returned phone calls, and if they did, it's was only after you called them at least 3 times. But that is about the same as our current Mgt Company so that's no surprise.

When you're a 22 year old and you're more kind, professional and mature than those working at your property management company, there's a serious issue. So rude, so unprofessional, and so cold. If you think these people will be on your side, you are very, VERY wrong. I have been scammed, harassed, ignored, and treated so poorly by this company - particularly by Alma. My rental was broken into by someone who had to do work (without me being informed??), they left a HUGE mess, cops got involved, and then Alma was so kind to tell me I had to pay $100.00 for it with no apologies or remorse

Wish I could give zero stars. Very unprofessional! I was calling about an HOA approval and the women (she did not give her name) on the phone basically yelled at me. She said "3 people have called me about this already!" Yeah, the buyers applied for their application online and your company not only took their money but said that you didn't receive it (even with proof of their credit card) and requested another application fee and reserve fund fee to even process their application. No where on the website does it say not to apply online. If the site doesn't work take it down

Working in the industry I deal with many property managers of all shapes and sizes. Knowing that the majority of people only go online to give bad reviews. I just wanted to say, in contrast to the negative reviews, I have found that Alicia at TD Sunshine is VERY swift with her responses. A manager must deal with things in the order of their importance. You would be foolish to expect a property manager to swoop in and immediately correct every personal issue that comes across their desk. HOA's and COA's are businesses not adult day care centers. At any rate I am impressed with TD Sunshine

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The level of incompetence is staggering. I have tried to communicate with this company on several occasions since February, only for none of my issues to be resolved. If you are thinking of hiring this company to manage anything, do not. A tremendously disappointing experience.

This company is an absolute joke. Will pass you around in circles until your head explodes with ZERO resolution. They are never responsible for anything yet want fees for everything. I'm actually surprised they don't charge you a fee to return a phone call. Maybe if they did you would receive one back. I've had it with TD sunshine.

I don't even know where to start with this review. All I can say is if you are looking to do business with them I would keep looking. The employees are so unprofessional and at times down right rude to you. They claim to have a 48 hour response time which NEVER ever happens. When you call the office if someone actually answers the phone they pass you around to numerous people until you end up leaving a voicemail which they claim to never receive. I finally started sending emails for a paper trail and it wasn't any better. Response time was even worse and most of the time I wouldn&apos

I have worked with many property management companies over the years and I can say without reservation that TDSunshine is the most competent I have worked with. I have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response via email or telephone. They make the lives of the Associations and the attorneys that they work with better on a daily basis. What is more their pricing is very fair for the quality of work received.
