Worst place to live poor management, they do not maintain the property. They only cut the grass here. I’ve been living here for 4 years not one time do they come and paint the property or do any repairs voluntarily. Things are falling apart in the unit due to age wear/tear and mold. Stove stop working when I called them they take weeks to send someone then they charge me $75 fee. The toilet clogged they take over 4 days to send someone after calling maintenance line everyday and charged me $75 fee because I called. They charge $100 you if you pay one day late, even though we are in a pandemic

THE WORST. STAY AWAY.
HAD TO PAY FULL RENT DURING ALL THE MONTHS OF COVID-19, and with proof of my HR that my hours got reduced to about 10 hours a week.
Lived in their apartment for about 3 yrs, they will never actually fix anything, they will send someone out to “patch it up” so it keeps breaking again and you have to submit another work order and keep paying $75 for it, every time. They will take about 2-3 days to send someone to “fix anything”.
BEFORE MOVING IN- make sure you take pics and email them the conditions of everything.
AFTER MOVING OUT- Make sure you you also take pics

This management company is an absolute and utter joke. They never respond to phone calls or emails. The maintenance person is incompetent, and requests dont get fixed for weeks with no response. Angie is very unprofessional, does not reply to anything, took me basically 2 months after i moved out to get my deposit. Complete and utter JOKE OF A MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

The first time I left a two star review because for about a month and a half my shower door was broken. After it was fixed I was asked to edit it back to a good review. I won’t change it again.
