I rented from Zenith in the past and had an okay experience. I had left a 5 star review prior, because management offers a Starbucks gift card for residents to do so. I would take this into consideration as you read through other positive reviews; remember that they incentivize their tenants to do so.

I wanted to rent with Zenith properties but the lady that I was being helped with was rude and impatient.. I tried to voice my concerns to other staff members but was ignored. If this is how they run a business I wouldn’t want to be one of they’re tenants.

I was hoping to rent out a house with Zenith Properties. They charged me $60 in application fees prior to scheduling a house tour, as they don’t show houses without that. I drove from Seattle to Vancouver and nobody showed up at assigned time, with their office being closed and nobody answering phone or email.

We rented a house for a year from Zenith. You probably don't have a choice about who manages your rental, but if you are renting from Zenith, DOCUMENT everything. They will take your security deposit for things they don't fix and for problems that predate your move in. They are disorganized, do not respond to multiple messages, send confusing and contradictory lease information, etc. And you will get no credit from trying to work with them. I rented a house from them and they were amazing. They go far beyond what I expected and have genuinely concerned and caring employees. They are communicative and responsive plus they are actually logical when it comes to issues at the house.
Right when I moved in I discovered the sink was leaking because the garbage disposal had a crack. They came and swapped it out very quickly. After about 2 months we had a pipe burst and flood the upstairs bathroom and into the kitchen (no fault of owner, Zenith, or mine). They made all the arrangements to have the owners insurance take care of repairs. Zenith

I got the honor to work with Denny Miller and Marina Al-Robaee during a purchase. They were the listing agent, I was the buyers lender. This is a great group of people with a highly effective process. They got my property rented in short order and truly went above and beyond to help get everything situated. They literally shipped furniture cross country that my movers forgot to pack! My husband and I have rented for 10 years and never had any trouble with a landlord. We were incredibly surprised, and stressed to receive a notification from Zenith after 10 months that our lease would not be renewed and we needed to move out. We thought we had been good tenants - always paid our rent on time and were prompt in reporting any major issues (like leaking pipes and lock boxes preventing proper winterization of pipes). Zenith has managed my rentals for two years and have done an outstanding job. When a neighbor house burned to the ground melting the siding and breaking windows on one of my rentals Zenith manages, Brittney and Josh lined up a restoration co. to handle repairs and worked directly with my ins. Like the other low ratings, tremendous abrasion with the management team on basic service requests and threatening eviction notices on your door for the most insignificant things. Property was a mess when I moved in - broken glass throughout the backyard, fencing falling apart, years' worth of debris that was left to be cleaned up by new tenants. Okay place to live but have definitely had superior experiences with legitimate "premier property management" groups.

After months of back and forth with Zenith and their management team I can see that they're genuinely interested in making us happier. Our experience with them since writing this review has been significant better, but that does not mitigate the heartache that we endured for the first few months. I have had experience with Zenith from the perspective of both a renter and then as a home owner. My experience was honestly great. I really appreciated how attentive the staff was, how quickly they respond to my inquiries and how thorough they were with their processes. I knew the best interest of my property was their priority at all times. Owning a home is a huge investment and then renting it out can be a big gamble. I would have given Zenith 4 stars but as an owner they refused to manage my home on my 2nd approach to them. When I asked why first I got an answer that "we feel we are not a good fit" and when I asked well, exactly what do you mean by that I got a more pointed answer that "we feel we cannot make money with you and your property".
All in all I am happy that they refused my business and here is why. After doing quite a bit of research on the many other property management companies in the area I have found one with about the same if not
