I moved in over the summer and could not be more grateful to have found this community. The leasing office and maintenance team are always quick to help me in any way they can. Any question or concern I have is addressed by them within the hour. They often go above and beyond for their residents and do so with a smile. The complex is filled with not only incredible staff, but also wonderful people! My neighbors were eager to offer help during my move and continue to show me the same warmth to this day. My limited interaction with their management team was really intolerant. I was thinking about renting an apartment at the Wynnewood. One specialist helped me schedule a facetime tour on Friday 10:30 am and nobody tried to reach out to me. I called and Michael helped me schedule another facetime tour on Saturday 10:30am and again no one tried to reach out. I called today and another specialist said she would sent on-site team a msg and no one replied.
I just couldn't imagine living there.

Management and maintenance teams are excellent! They are setting a standard that, in my humble opinion, heightens the probability of attracting and retaining quality tenants because of the quality of care they deliver. Notices and updates are timely, informative and delivered via email. There's a community board where tenants may share and connect with each other based on their professions and services, this too, is via email.

The Wynnewood is located in a major transportation service where the easy commutes to center city or other important cities (bus, subway, and car) are possible. It exists near Giant, Whole Foods, USPS, UPS, Fedex where we can do grocery or send mails by walking. Also, it's rental fee is relatively cheap. Recently, they have tried to offer the laundry machine to each individual unit. Because of Covid, there is some difficulty in communication. However, compared to its price, I think that it offers a relatively good service. Both managers and management team tried to offer convenient services.

I moved to The Wynnewood in 2018, this was back when Alterra Property Group took over the apartments. There was an initial management staff that unfortunately did not do a very good job of managing the property and had extremely poor customer service skills. They would mishandle a lot of guest complaints. For example, I personally saw one older lady almost in tears about an issue she was facing with her apartment. She was trying to tell them about a problem, but the lease consultant wasn't even giving her her full attention and was just kind of brushing this lady off- no comforting words of sympathy

The fabulous new management at this complex makes me wish I had not terminated my lease! The old office staff did such a poor job I was willing to pay extra and move out early, but this new group has been responsive, action-oriented, and pleasant on all occasions. Ironically, moving out was the easiest part of my time at the Wynnewood! I have already received a check to refund my security deposit. Thank you to Michael and the new staff!

Cool apartment building that was built for OSS Intelligence Housing during WWII and has a large interconnecting basement that I used to exit the premises when an unwanted guest was arriving. Thought it was a nice apartment in relatively safe neighborhood and maintenance was friendly. Could have been priced about $400-500 dollars cheaper. Mainline rents, (and Philly rents in general) tend to be way over-priced. Interiors in the photos look like they've been renovated, but at the time I had a nice bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Kitchen was a not-so-nice galley kitchen with dining nook. Laundry
