Kendall is useless, never responds to any of her emails from tenants. Plenty of rude concierge's that don't care to do anything besides sit on their phone. Fire alarm goes off at minimum once a week. People are getting stuck in the elevators everyday. The elevators make a ton of noise that can be heard in your bedroom when you're trying to sleep at 1am. It NEVER gets fixed. They don't enforce any of their policies. Parking lot is overfilled, the parking spaces are so small you have to choose what side you want a door ding on. Building is a slopped together remodel with overpriced rent on the edge

The Dane Apartments should be ashamed of themselves that they have individuals like Kendall and Michelle as representatives and upper level management...or even employees at all. I have never felt so disrespected over simple conversation between these two - and that is when I've been able to get a hold of them which is almost never. Emails aren't responded to, calls aren't answered, and voicemails aren't returned. These two ladies aren't just absolutely abhorrent employees, but human beings in general. Moving from place to place is tough and stressful as it is, and these two have made it the most

ZERO professionalism from Management. Kendall lacks politeness, professional tact, warmth, and sense of urgency. I PAY to live here. Do not treat tenements like they should be blessed to be able to live here or talk to you. Lived here for two years, and this was the straw that broke the camels back. Any error on their end? Guess what..deal with it. They cant make mistakes. get over it. Want your email read or a response within two weeks? Guess what, too bad not Kendall or anyone's problem. Don’t apply for this apartment, worst experience ever!!! for my first time applying for one, I guess they pick and choose who they want to approve for, me and my applicant applied for this apartment 30min after we visit for a tour, the process took way to long just to not get approved, they can’t even explain to me why we didn’t get approve after every background check came back positive, credit score 739 bank statements showed them that my applicant make 83,000 in five months, then mines on top of that, everything came back approve just to tell us are payment history didn’t meant their

The real reason for this review is the lady (Ms. Dawn) who services the entire building and grounds. She does her best to keep everything clean and sanitized and she’s a blessing to see everyday. I see her day in and day out doing the work of a team, by herself. Snow in the walkway? She’s there, early, making the pathway clear for us. I often wonder why she doesn’t have help. If you have a heart, and are conscious of your surroundings, you can’t deny that fact. It’s been on my heart so much so that I had to make it public.

I have been here 2 months now. The rental procedure at The Dane Apartments was very easy, detailed yet quick and the whole rental community was nothing short of amazing. My leasing agent was very friendly, professional and courteous towards every step including extended welcoming gifts to my mom who looked at the unit with me. I truly loved every step of my rental process. It's clean, friendly atmosphere, maintenance is prompt and most importantly, everyone does their part in keeping this place a luxurious living apartment building. I love living here so far. No complaints 🙏🏽.

Nice place, staff is friendly, but the property manager doesn’t feel like it’s important to communicate with her tenants, we have had multiple issues, ranging from maintenance problems, to utility bills, we tried to reach out to the property manager and she just sweeps it under the rug. She keeps insisting that we show her the lease, but if she’s the property manager she should have a copy of the lease and know what it entails. Another issue we went a whole month, maybe 2 months with no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector, I guess they felt that wasn’t a serious issue to them, they

I've been blessed to be living at The Dane for about 5 months now. I love my 1 bedroom apartment; it's so spacious. The Balcony and the Large Kitchen Island are probably my favorite in-suite amenities. Everything is brand new with a modern finish. So excited for the Pool to open this summer as well as the Penthouse Lounge Area upstairs. The best part is the sense of community/security from the front desk staff who never fail to help/greet you in the lobby every single day.
