Super happy living at Suburban Court! The area is quiet but close to Suburban Square and so much more. The building itself is older with lots of character but kept up super well. April, the buildings manager is very helpful and sweet. April has also been very easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to anything needed

Do you want bugs in your apartment? Fo you want to live where you can get robbed? Then live here because in less than 2 years I have experienced that living here. What do they do about it ? Nothing! The management team here doesn't care about your safety or anything. They just want your money and that's about it! Don't live here if you can help it. I can't wait to leave this dump!

I don't know what it's like to live here, my one star review is based on a tour I had scheduled to look at these apartments on monday with my boyfriend. I had made an appointment over the phone a week in advance and when I got there the manager April told me that she thought I would be here by myself and not have another person. Weird welcome, but okay. She then told me "I don't have any one bedrooms to show you, I would have called but I thought you'd be by yourself so I was just going to show you a studio." I never once expressed interest in a studio, so really she

I've lived here for 6 months now and haven't had any issues. The management and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. They're hard workers and always do their job. When I moved in everything was clean, freshly painted, and updated. The property inside and out are very well taken care of. The old reviews on these apartments are very inaccurate now. I love it here.

I recently moved into this property and I absolutely love it! I moved into one of the newly renovated studio apartments and there's so much space. I love that my bathroom, closet & kitchen are separate. The move in process was quick, efficient & inexpensive.
The property manager Cait is amazing and that's really hard to find. Her professionalism and smile definitely keep positive energy in this place. The maintenance crew is always prompt and quick to fix any apartment issues. They are also very friendly so don't be afraid to say Hi! This property is pet friendly so don
